That seems so wasteful to destroy it!! How sad that they do that! I'm glad at least something was rescued. I wonder how many rescues there were over the years of stuff like this.

Wasteful, indeed!
I was beyond elated to be able to save it...!!!!! :joyfull:
She always knew my love of Disney...!!! :)
And, I, posted incorrectly (I've slept a bit since then...;)).
That was actually the topper to our original WDW ticket, pamphlet, and gift card board, which was replaced by the new activity board.
You couldn't take anything, as we were all required to double-check each other's bags, pockets, etc.
The manager-approved Castle I deemed no biggie...I wasn't even angling for it, as I knew there were no exceptions, but, for some reason, she made one for me.
We actually used to sell the plastic WDW tickets (none for DLR) and that board was loaded with them, as well as with pamphlets and gift cards.
I remember selling $1800 worth of Park Hopper tickets to one nice lady...I had to break it up into two seperate transactions because of the amount.
Not long after that, our Store stopped selling Park tickets to WDW, but, we still sold gift cards.
Another funny story...
a guy came in towards the end of the night one time and wanted to buy every single "Cars" die cast car we had...all on stage, and everything we had on shelves backstage... :cyclops:We sold them all to him, bagged 'em up, and then helped him load them into his trailer of other stuff he had purchased at the mall...!!!!!
Right...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Nope, the next morning we got griped out by the SM for selling all the stock because there was none left for guests the rest of the week...!!!!!!! :hilarious:
Totally got that, but, we sold about 250 die-cast Cars cars in one fell swoop... :cyclops:;):)

I'm waiting for a sale on this fabric https://www.joann.com/harry-potter-knit-fabric-58-marauders-map/15892532.html at 16 a yard sale plus coupon is the only way I can afford as much as I'll need. The pattern is so new the appliques haven't even hit the stores yet:cautious:
Oooh nice! It is in stock at my local Joann’s. I have a 20%off coupon for signing up for their emails. There is also a 15% cash back offer from Ibotta. I used it last week to get oldest dd material for the tote bag she has just about finished. It just needs the magnetic snap sewed on. I will take a picture when it is done. Looks really awesome and she figured it all out herself.

Not bad but that section goes on sale for 40 percent off all the time. I also get coupons off their app and still get coupons in the mail. If your dd does decide to get that one just beware it's a knit and needs a different type of needle and machine stitch. I need a full bolt:banghead:

Why is this even an option?!?!! These taste like burnt garbage :(
I didn’t even know they made those...ewwww. I know some people would like them, but extra toasty (aka “burnt”) things are not my cup o’ tea.

I wonder the same thing whenever I hear about blackened fish or steak or chicken. What is the attraction of burnt stuff? This one to me smacks of somebody in Marketing figured out a way to capitalize on their spoils until the get the heat regulated to the right temperature.
