A bit too warm except in the business sense. :|Well.....he hasn't been very warm with you, has he.
Nope, as far I know everything is automated. Disney is one of these companies that actually frown if you call them (unless you're American and local to the parks it seems). There is no ability to call and ask why you were rejected? I kind of miss the old days where you were able to call and get more information about jobs.
Exact same weather here today. Our thermometer said 101 (we think it is off), but then it rained for a few hours. It is now 74. Huge difference. Bet the spread at the parents was incredible. What a difference a day makes...
Been hot the last few weeks with no rain.
The predicted storms for this afternoon did indeed come. This morning was no different than any recent clear, muggy morning.
It's only 73 here right now...about 30
Degrees cooler than yesterday at this time...
Looks like the worst of it has passed, so we're off to mom and pops for some Fourth Feasting...!!!
Hope you're all havin' a great 4th of July...!!!!!!!![]()

Local to the parks is the biggy. Even simple things like bus driver require a local address before they even start to take any application seriously. Over the years, they have offered many a job to out of state people only to have them accept and then when the move became a problem and they cancelled out and left them with having to start over again. If they want you, they want you there now, not after you tie up a lot of loose ends that sometimes cannot be tied up. Many apply as a dream and find out after that they cannot follow through due to family situations or financial ability to make the move. It's not personal or anything to do with ethnicity... it's how they have done things for years now.Nope, as far I know everything is automated. I got a few friends who work at Orlando and have said similar.

I'm sure that there are stories out there about how others did it without needing to have a local address, but, we would have to know the entire story before we can be sure that it was just residency that was part of the decision making process.
Spent some time searching that tee site, and found a bunch of great Disney stuff that I'd like!!!!!!!
MUST.......CONTROL...........
