so.. what about that pesky trip report.?No idea sir. Just on vacation here.
pretty!!!Fun day today, went over to St. Petersburg Fl and went to Sunken Gardens and a county park to see gators. Only saw one gator and it was brief, he dove underwater before I could get a picture. The gardens were gorgeous and we finished the day with sunset on the balcony and ice cream at a place called the candy palace.

I don’t think mangroves can survive in Jersey. They are probably tall grasses planted after Sandy. No idea sir. Just on vacation here.
We were driving home from dinner and coming from the opposite direction was one of the original batmobiles! I was so surprised I couldn’t react fast enough to get a pix

I have no idea what the red flower was either, but it was amazing looking. Why can’t we have cool flowers like that in the North. Those flowers/plants are gorgeous. My favorite was the red plant--not really a flower--can't figure out what it is, but I really like it.

THNX a couple of times a year a local dealership runs some great military specials and then they get free news coverageWe'll never know for sure, as y'all didn't actually try to sell it yourselves...?
No matter, I acquiesce.
Rare, indeed, and that is awesome for y'all...!!!!!
FTFYHow about dandelions? (Oh wait . . . that's an EXPENSIVE green . . . )
Longer growing season ad cool foliage is on my list of reasons to move to Florida. I have a pro/com list going and the pro side is 3 pages long the con side had 5 entriesI have no idea what the red flower was either, but it was amazing looking. Why can’t we have cool flowers like that in the North.
Not fair to make one misty in the am All my dh got was a SW card and a new lunch bag. I have to admit the bag is rather nice. It has an insulated lunch area and several large pockets that fit a lap top or papersAnd, oldest DD always knows how to get me all misty...

I used to sing "What a Wonderful World" to her all the time when she was little. She never forgot. She even chose that song for our father-daughter dance at her wedding.
Now, I will pass that on to granddaughter...even a bit misty as I'm typing this...
THNX yes they are. Winter screwed up the strawberries as they are smaller this year and the season will be a bit shorter but the prediction for blueberries is bumper crop Works for me and work for the boysSympathy like.
Hope they're hoppin' by now...!!!
Everybody on the east coast area stay hydrated this week. It's my type of weather
I thought that the "Sunken Gardens" had gone the way of the dinosaur. My wife and I went there with the kids in the mid-80's during one of our mid-winter treks to Florida (most days at WDW and random side trips) Glad to hear that it still exists. I remember it, just vaguely, but, I have no negative thoughts about it. That, of course, was along with a side trip to Cyprus Gardens which was much more spectacular, in my mind, but, just couldn't sustain itself.Fun day today, went over to St. Petersburg Fl and went to Sunken Gardens and a county park to see gators.
