I have one of these hanging in my family room. It's blue and has a fruit design molded in the globe. It hung in my bedroom when I was young and thought it was the coolest thing.

All of my family on my Mom's side used to speak Cajun French. It ended with my Great-grandparents unfortunately. My Great-grandmoter mostly taught the grandkids all the bad words.

I went to Catholic school. I know all the Italian bad words.
Growing up Pentecostal (coupled with Catholic school!), I used to figure God would forgive swearing if it were in a foreign tongue. Never even felt compelled to confess it prior to our twice/monthly school mass.
