Sounds yummy. I make jambalaya like I make burgoo....whatever I have around to throw in the pot and sometimes even vegetarian. This week-end was some chicken thighs and shrimp.

Never ate ketchup until I was about 20...still don't use it much. As for fried egg sammiches....mayonnaise, or as we say in the south "may-naze".

I love mayo. My favorite brand is Hellmann's. I've even been known to put some on a hamburger bun, and then some ketchup on top of that, with the burger! Add lettuce, tomato, and sliced Bermuda onions -- makes for kind of a sloppy mess, but delicious!! There's nothing like a 5-napkin burger!!!
