How does this AP thing work?

A) we buy the AP and it doesn't activate until we check in at the resort

2) we buy regular tickets and upgrade when we get there (do they apply what you paid towards the AP?)

C) we don't buy any tickets until we get there but then we wouldn't be able to get fast passes

You could buy APs in advance and link them to your account. You would make FPs as normal. The AP would be good until one year from first use.

Alternatively, you could buy a regular pass and upgrade there. The value of your current pass will be applied to your AP. You can only do that as long as you have days left. So don't do it on your last day.

And don't do the third option. Bad idea.

He might be less inclined to drive down there but he will probably still go. His sister that lives in Chicago said she would send his Christmas gift and hasn't nor has she responded to any texts from him even when it was regarding a question about her kids. Sad really that an adult would act that way, oh well.

Dang. That's pitiful behavior. They are so selfish, and you'd think they would have gone out of their way to try to help him out, when he was injured and unable to travel at Christmas. And she didn't even send him his gift. Now I can understand family ties and all, but his is one dysfunctional group of broken toys. Thank God he ended up with you--someone who appreciates him and he appreciates you.

A friend popped her first out in like 2 hours after her water broke. Some have it easy.

But yeah, all worth it when they put that bundle in your arms. And then they become teenagers....
When our first was born, the Doctor would ask the maternity nurse how things were progressing. The nurse would tell him that the head would crown and as soon as the contraction stopped it would basically snap right back. Finally, the Doctor decided to do a pelvic and he said to the nurse... this baby will come out a lot faster when her water breaks. He took what resembled a crochet hook and tore the membrane and man did things start happening fast after that. Back in those days we were told that if complications came up the Father would not be allowed in the Delivery Room. That was considered a complication. He asked me if I thought I would be ok being in there. I said, of course, I'm not particularly squeamish, so he let me in. Fortunately, nothing else out of the norm happened, but, we had to watch for problems for the first 6 months in the event that all that pushing against the amniotic sack wall might cause some problems. Nothing developed until about 16 years later. People said it was her becoming a teenager, but, I think the birth process had a lot to do with it. :D

So, which model are you going to buy?

We're going to get the Aliner Scout. It sets up in three minutes and I can do it alone in the rain. I have some modifications in mind and I'll be sure to share those here!

This is what I needed to know, thank you!! The year long count down was what I was most worried about. If it starts before we get there, we won't her two September trips out of it.

A. AP activates first time you use it

B. Yes, they will apply unused tickets towards an AP

C. Correct. Resort reservation gives you a 60 day window. But with no ticket, no FP+. If you have AP, but no resort reservation, then the window is 30 days.

Nope, it was definitely turning 16 and getting that driver's license.

Hahaaa...!
It would be cool, indeed!!!!! :joyfull:

Here's a video I've actually watched many times over the months...!

https://www.bing.com/videos/search?...63447205B134C4F3158D63447205B134C4F&FORM=VIRE

That was so cool. Few impressions: didn't realize it was a joy stick (style) control inside the gyroplane (because I've never been in one). Second, I was surprised at the time it took for takeoff, but can imagine the drag from the ocean on a small aircraft like that. Third, what a great aircraft for sightseeing with all the open sides, etc.

Lastly, enjoyed the landing sequence with the pilot pulling back on the control lever to raise the nose of the gyroplane. Nicely done! :joyfull:

That thing looks super compact and portable!

Is there any photos of the interior? also surprised that it can be upgraded with a low power A/C unit.
