Dh’s family is still here. This is day 3. No clue yet when they are going home. I have no issues. We don’t have @ajrwdwgirl issues. We get along. Only problem is the food. The Christmas dinner lasted 2 days. Now we are out. I have a loaf of bread I made the other day. Vegan bread pudding for breakfast you think?
@figmentfan423
Yes please. so far today I'm working on my 2nd cup of coffee. Maybe I should remember to eat before the boys get up:facepalm: The one good thing about waiting for lunch for breakfast leftovers don't seem strange:D

[QUOTE=" Walk? I send the dogs out in the yard to do their business, then they come running back in the house. Too cold for a walk for me. :coldfeet:

No, no walk. We have a fenced in yard so I am able to let her out basically worry free. Although about a week ago a rabbit got in the fence and at first Kapono barked and started to run after it and then she broke away and was running for the house (I think she was scared in the end of the rabbit). I had to go out and open the gate for the rabbit to get out. I had to chase the rabbit towards the gate which the rabbit ended up hitting the fence gate and slamming it shut and bounced backwards at the same time. The rabbit ended up escaping through a small hole in the fence a couple seconds later. It was a comical situation.

I wanted to be able to take her for walks over my break from work but it doesn't look like that will happen because except for tomorrow (when it is supposed to snow) we will be in the negative temps all week. I could take her over to school and walk the halls but she doesn't like walking on the tiled floors and I don't want to be at school!:)[/QUOTE]Sending warm hugs and warm mulled wine

This site has the https: now (for some time, it did not--but it certainly has been visible, even well before you went on your trip). So, I'm not sure why your wife was seeing no protection for WDWMagic. Note: I'm not a computer person though. (Cesar RM is very knowledgeable about computers, by the way).

But anytime I've had any issues at all, I've posted them for Steve up in the Forum Help and Announcements section of WDWMagic, at the top of the forum. Either he or others who are computer savvy can often assist. Also, Steve tries to see if any patterns develop, so it's always helpful for him to receive feedback on the site.
The times a protection is not active is because:

  1. Browser is incompatible (very rare and only if you use very outdated browsers. Most modern browsers should support TLS in its latest version).
  2. They were trying to phish you out by spoofing the address. (an infected router can claim you're going to wdwmagic but it might be trying to redirect you somewhere for example. IT all depends on how your router or computer or device "translates" the domain name, like wdwmagic.com into a physical IP address. This is exactly what https prevents. It makes sure you're getting and connecting to the appropriate site with the appropriate security identification. If the identification doesn't match.. every browser will display a warning ).
  3. You browsed right when the site of wdwmagic.com was "renewing" the security certificate (SSL). Sometimes a server will automatically use a self signed certificate as a temporal measure when a signed official SSL certificate expired. Every browser will complain that its not 100% secure, as anyone can make these self signed certificates.
  4. Note that #2 can also happen if your phone/device/computer is already infected by Trojans and some kind of viruses.

I think keyword is "again". Seems she already seen it.
When it comes to Star Wars and the number of times you can see it...
