Yeah, and this system I'm building is to replace the failing one I'm using right now. I cant wait until AFTER the christmas hours. I need those free days to build this thing and install all the stuff I use for work x_x
From what I have been reading your kid can sure keep things interesting.
Washed your hands yet?![]()
The mall used to be the place to go. No longer. Yes it is sad.Wow. The mall is really dead. Almost 9 years ago when I first started workin' here at the Disney Store and other places, it was always pretty packed during all of December, even on weeknights. Kinda' sad, actually.![]()
Yeah. Worth it but come on. Upwards of an hour to Tap to enter Epcot? Studios are still a half day park at best so getting in isn’t an issue AK so many guests just heading to Pandora and out So for the moment only Epcot is a major pain in Tushie.Oh boy! Christmas should be fun! At least I will be at Disney.
I'm right there with you. We most likely won't be going much of anywhere for the next 4 years.![]()
That's gotta be one very large pie!! I guess the heat from the pie would really warm up your muscles though... like a hot tub!
My husband makes fun of me because I pronounce the g at the end of words. Like going doesn't sound like goin' from me,... its more like goin-ga
I like the sound of it but I have never had eggnog, not sure if I like it.I'm really looking forward to trying the Fire Nog!!
Now that is my type of celebration! Getting paid and free foodI agree with you. At my workplace it's great though--they use WORK TIME (around lunch, midday) on a weekday, and about 50 of us are taken to a local restaurant. (I really put on the feed bag, too!!) It's a huge buffet and people just pile up their plates and sit with anyone at large tables. There's no pretense--people just have a good time and chow down on free food!!

I am sorry your husband's ankle hasn't healed as much as expected but I am happy you get to stay home for Christmas this year. I hope the in laws won't give you too much grief about it.Well friends, hubs dr. appointment for his ankle went pretty well. The bone isn't fully healed but is at the point in which the dr thought it should be. Hubs still can't drive. Incrementally he can start putting weight on it, 25% this week and building up to 100% in 4 weeks. So we will NOT be travelling to see his family this Christmas. He texted them and told them, and has only heard back from his brother-in-law. The brother-in-law's response is that we should fly to Chicago. He tried convincing my hubs a couple times. He even tried to convince him by saying that he would give up one of the full sized bed so we wouldn't have to stay in a hotel. Problem is the bedroom are all up a steep set of stairs, hubs can't even go up our stairs! But there was no response to hubs' invitation for them all to come up here.
So I think it will be a Merry Christmas for me this year!
Personally I would do the dining package, the lines for Candlelight get crazy long for stand by and you don't want to spend half your day waiting in line. I do think it is a must see if you like music and Christmas.Alright, everyone has an opinion, and I am actually looking for some. As some of you may know, my DS is a music major at college. One of his trumpet teachers was asking him what his plans over break was, and he said he was headed to WDW. Teacher asks when. Long story short, so now DS has been in contact with one of the percussionists for Candlelight. As an aside, she also did the percussion for Little Mermaid, and her husband is also a percussionist for Candlelight. DS told me at her suggestion, we should do a dinner package. He is more interested in the music, than the story. I would rather not spend that much time with it on a short trip. But, now, I don't know. Do I do it, or tell him sound carries?
Let's hope it was a one time thing, everyone has off days perhaps yesterday was your doctor's.Since my appointment was at 8:20 a.m, and the medical building where I see her states their hours are 8 am to 7 pm, I figured I was one of her very first appointment's of the day. As I was sitting there, a few people came in without appointments, and were looking for orders for bloodwork. I noticed they were attended to before me, which really annoyed me. However, I waited patiently. I did ask the nurse why I had to wait so long, but that question was not addressed. My blood draw in the lab only took a few minutes, so I was thrilled about that. I did feel like my doctor rushed my appointment today, and she normally doesn't do that. it just wasn't my normal experience.
Right back at ya!This year's cardMerry Everything and Happy Always to all my WDW forum friends
