I also wouldn't eat verse worst with potatoes.:depressed:
Brownies sound very delicious, you would be welcome at my Christmas dinner. :hungry:
If I am not working I spend Christmas with my mom and sister. None of us have a 3 bedroom home so we often go away. We learnt the hard way that we don't like celebrating Christmas in warm weather so we usually stay within Europe.
This year we are staying in Bosrijk in the Efteling, for the first time ever all my siblings plus nieces and nephews will be there as well. My dumb brother moved to Australia 18 years ago so we have only had one Christmas with him and his kids since. And that was in Australia so didn't feel like Christmas at all.

It will be crazy busy but should be fun as well.
The Efteling sounds great! I've never been there at Christmas though...is it really busy?

Wow. Sorry to hear that. Years ago we had a package stolen from the front porch. It was my Christmas present, and the only thing I asked hubs to get for me. No Christmas present under the tree for me that year. :( Yes, people do suck.
But, isn't it against regulations to leave a package on the porch for exactly that reason? Isn't the delivery company responsible? They should have replaced it!!
This is all making me nervous...my brother's present (part of it) is supposed to get here today and the mail says between 1:18 and 2:18 PM.
DS gets out of school at 12:30 today and it's about 25 mins back by bike, so I hope they don't come early or we won't be here!!

Oh, I love that! Where'd you get it?

Probably as much as me.
I got it at Zeeman. I shop there a lot because it's pretty inexpensive and they have a lot of different stuff there....it's just a small store, but they have clothes, craft stuff, soaps and detergents, party favors. I'm trying to think what to compare it to in the states...kind of like a dollar tree store, I guess, though they don't have food. But DS won't wear anything but sweatpants because everything else itches and I can get sweatpants there for 3 euros a pair, and it's the cheapest place to get dryer sheets. I actually went in to look for fabric softener and this outfit was hanging right as I went in the door, it was the last shirt they had left and it was just the size I need for my niece, so it was like divine intervention...They had more of the skirts, but not the shirts. I took it as a sign that my niece needed it.

As long as they it "delivered" they are no longer responsible for the package.

No, the delivery company is not responsible for theft.

That depends if it was shipped signature required. That's how and what I request when something is shipped. That being said either myself or my next door neighbor is usually home and we cover for each other.
