Have you been back to the MK since some of the walls came down now in the Hub. Since you saw it with all the walls up I'm looking for your impressions on how the initial peek is with some of them down a couple days later.
I will be at MK on the 15h, I promise to report.
since I got my new DSLR I hope to get better pictures.

Also gabe, I hope you didnt take offense on anything I said.

first.. Im typing weith my surface pro 3.. kinda hard to get everything written correctly.
second.. somehow firefox3 didnt updated correctly and the dictionary isnt working, so a lot of my words can have typoos.
third. Im only updating right after I return from the parks or the convention.. I am exhausted.

fourth, I just survived FORBBIDEN JOURNEY at harry potter (my convention got the entire harry potter area privately for 5 hours, awesome!)

She was at lunch with my dad and didn't hear her phone.

She said she used to put the phone on the table when I was in high school in case she got any calls from me. But she didn't do that today.

I sometimes get annoyed with her because she doesn't answer her cell phone. She goes next door for whatever reason and doesn't put the phone in her pocket. She goes outside to do yard work and doesn't put the phone in her pocket. She doesn't bother to periodically check it to make sure that no one's texted her, so sometimes it takes her days to answer a text. But then she gets annoyed with me when I don't immediately answer a text or if I don't hear my phone. When we were in Disney and I didn't hear my phone but checked it and called her back within 5 minutes, she complained about how worried she was. I told her that since she doesn't answer her phone a lot that she had no room to lecture me about not hearing one phone call in a noisy environment, especially since I thought to check my phone in case she had called. Heck, I check my phone for texts from her periodically throughout the day. She wanted to continue, but my dad backed me up on that one. I love my mom, but sometimes she's unreachable, and that's a real issue. My dad is easier to contact in an emergency, which is sad because he hates cell phones. But my dad doesn't know asthma. I need my mom when I'm in trouble because Dad doesn't have a clue. I also try not to bother my dad at work unless absolutely necessary, like when I had a problem with my car on the way to school one time last year and couldn't get hold of Mom. He had a client with him and ended up stepping aside to deal with me that time. Good daddy, and the client understood. He's not well versed in asthma, though.

I should have called my aunt today. She had to deal with my great grandmother's asthma (my family is the history of asthma FYI) so she's well versed in asthma, and she probably would have answered her phone and been down there right away. But I didn't think about it until I was breathing again. Asthma makes me not think clearly. I call it asthma brain. Even when it's not horrible, I make dumb little mistakes that I wouldn't normally make.
Might you be a little hypoxic so you get a little confused?

Never!
He's never had surgery, a tooth extraction, a filling, or spent a night in hospital (aside from when he was born.)
I keep telling him to chill. They're not even putting him to sleep. Seriously, that's the most dangerous part.

Oh wow. No wonder his buds were havin' so much fun yankin' his chain...!!! :hilarious:
I've experienced all a' that, and more, over the years, along with my silly heart condition.

Have ever only had two surgeries. The first was shortly after youngest DD was born, so ya' can probably guess what that was about. :cautious: ;) Only need a local and about 15 min. for that one. The Doc, nurses, and I yakked the whole time about work, kids, snow skiing, etc.. :)
The Doc thought it was funny 'cause he had a guy in for the same procedure one time that remained completely quiet and looked quite annoyed through the whole thing as he and the nurses talked away through the procedure.
Didn't say one word...until they were completely finished. Apparently, once he felt the coast was clear, and he was safe, he let 'em all have it for yakkin' away all through his "delicate' procedure...!!! :hilarious:
The other surgery (for an infection), I did hafta' be put under for, and it lasted about 1.5 hrs. All went well and I felt great when I woke up in recovery. But, the 2-ish weeks of healing after that weren't quite the cake walk I'd hoped...! :in pain: ;) :)

Now that is disappointing :( I am sorry for you. It work well for me last year but Disney isn't great at keeping up with any of their tech which is disappointing for those of us with disabilities. I hope some of the other parks are better for you.

I was definitivelty disappointed.
funnily.. the FESTIVAL OF THE LION KING was the only one with CC that worked more than 30 minutes.

after leaving the show.. the unit started to give Error on the battery.

I ended up editing to include the pic - Shrimp Po'Boy (minus the tomato, of course).

Not sure about when you stayed there, but the restaurant is QS only now.
Hubby enjoyed his meal just as much! The day we went was Tammy's first day eating after having been sick for 72 hr. She just had chicken noodle soup and a baked potato. Although still queasy, she enjoyed what little she ended up eating.

Like I said, best QS meal I've ever had on property.
I loved riverside as well, but then.. I ate the Gumbo, the shrimp with ham and sauce and a steak.
The times I ordered there, the food was very good for me.
the only thing that was so so.. was the cakes.. they were a bit dry.

as far I remember, riverside as 2 restaurants, one quick and the other is boatwright, only open for dinner.
I found the QS to be pretty pathetic.. Boatwright was very good for me.
But then.. others have said nightmares of CORAL REEF and it was fantastic for me on 2013

It's hysterical. Amazon has been letting this go on for some time. They have to know about it. Maybe they just figure that when people are done posting their sarcastic reviews, they can suggest other books and people might buy them. It brings traffic into the site, so they might just let it be. Wouldn't be surprised if they get enough complaints that they stop selling the books.

Sometimes I don't understand the logic behind anti-vaxers. I understand it under certain circumstances. I have a medical exemption from school vaccinations because I did go into anaphyaxis after one, so I only get the flu vaccine. It's a big production otherwise, so my doctors decided to just have me get an exemption and not run the risk. My cousin and his fiance decided not to vaccinate the baby because he's got the family history of allergies, kid is already allergic to latex, and he reacted badly to the HepB vaccine. They're not anti-vaccination; the girls are vaccinated, but she had a bad feeling about vaccinating the baby, especially after the doctor's office wanted to give him 7 vaccines (he's not even three months old) and she put her foot down. So they're holding off for now.

But just to not vaccinate your kids because of a minute possibility of something happening...I don't understand it. The ones who say that vaccines cause autism I'm rather insulted by. First of all, there's no merit to that whatsoever. And second, even if it were true, you would rather have your child die from complications from a disease that they might have been vaccinated for than live with autism? Is autism so undesirable that you would rather have your child die or suffer other complications? My brother has autism, but he's here, and that's what's important. They make it sound like it would be so horrible. It's not ideal, and I certainly would rather that he didn't have autism, but I kind of find it insulting.

I remember back when they really did believe this was the cause. I know they are running a study now with certain vaccinations when a combo of vaccine and a particular child pain reliever. Could or could not pan out. I just have my doubts that there is a single trigger for autism. It took researchers forever to figure out the connection between baby aspirin and chicken pox with I believe Reye syndrome.

I hoping you will be done soon with these group assignments.
I'll be done with group work when I'm done with college. It's the life of a business major.

With this class, the professor asked those of us who were serious about getting an A to contact her, and she put us all in a group. The problem is that we are a bunch of overachieving, hardheaded know-it-alls. So while I know that my group members will get stuff to me on time and be in constant contact with me before something is due, I also have to deal with them being hard-headed know-it-alls. Some of them, including this girl, don't take criticism well. For a lot of them, I just change their stuff and don't worry about telling them. No one else is allowed to turn in work besides me unless I tell the professor that I'm unable to turn in the work and someone else will do it. So I see everything that comes in. I'm responsible for making it cohesive, making sure that it looks like one person did it instead of five people collaborating. I have to make sure that it's error free. I have to identify problems and make sure that they get fixed. And they all agreed that I would be group leader. So when I tell them stuff, if they want an explanation, I'm happy to give it, but I really don't want arguments or excuses.

One of my group members did his assignment completely wrong. I texted him, told him he didn't do it right and that he needed to read the instructions. I got no argument and had a corrected version within an hour. So this group isn't that bad. I just don't want to hear excuses, unless valid (which in this case it wasn't, it was just an argument).

Awe. :( Hope you had fun getting dizzy though. Was it the coaster?
the dueling dragons? nope, I was too loaded with food to try that.
Also, its pretty cold in florida with wind.
so nope nope.

anyway, I am talking about the forbiden journey (the one with the massive 3d screens)
the movement, the mismached speed of what you seen and what the ride system moved... got me feeling unwell (the worst part was the quidditch part)
The ride itself is fantastic. But the screens werenot very good, they looked dirty ,blurry and not bright enough.
but loved the dragon, the spiders and the dementor anymatronics.

I loved the queue more, so much to see! lots of details!

Probably, even though my pulsox is at 98.

I get pale with my asthma too, so it wouldn't surprise me. All I know is that my thinking isn't as clear with asthma. Sometimes even on here, you can tell when I'm having symptoms because I'll make errors with my posts and then won't even notice I made the error until someone points it out. Or I'll read posts wrong.

But since I know that, I'm a little more careful about double and triple checking myself when I have asthma symptoms.
