My neighbor, probably in his mid to late 30's, walks around all the time without his shirt on including when he mows the lawn, checks the mail..... (well not in the winter). He is not particularly attractive either. Oh well, at least he isn't walking around in just his undies.
We have a neighbor like that too. He is an ex police officer and not the friendliest dude. He is the only person in our development who never waves at anybody. He never has a shirt on when he is on his riding mower but he should because he is not in the best shape.

I had to stop mowing the lawn because it caused too many onlookers ... They even made an advert out of my experience ;)

We went and saw Wonder Woman last night too. I was never into the original series, I don't think we ever watched it as a family when I was growing up, but I really enjoyed this film. I liked the story and the setting of WWI, it doesn't get much attention in movies now-a-days like WWII. I think that the character of Diana had a nice depth to her as well, it was neat to see her grow with her strength. What did you think?
Saw the show as a really small kid and watched the Superfriends on Saturday mornings. :) Will probably wait until it comes out on Netflix or rental.

Well, its something I started to notice.. the older the person gets, the less clothing and smaller bathing suit they wear.
All with this "not ashamed, dont care" type mindset.
Is it really less clothing that you are noticing or is it that the exposed parts that once were considered OK, are now considered ugly and therefore noticed more. In the case of women, for example, if a woman were to wear a bikini at age twenty five and again at age 75 would she be wearing less or would people just not want to see as much. So it isn't less clothing that is the problem, it is not enough clothing to cover what is unappealing. Or body shaming!

I personally think it is when people get to a certain age they just don't get hung up on what other people think of them and they shouldn't. (I reached there awhile ago.) Life's too short! And body shaming...I think people who do that have their own personal issues they need to deal with.

I actually have no desire to see it and I feel bad about it because everyone is saying it's such a huge step in feminism...showing a woman superhero who is not so scantily clad and who does what she wants despite what men think, etc. But I am just not a superhero girl. It really just doesn't speak to me. The WWI theme interests me so much more than anything else. I might see it eventually, but I've got no plans to spend the money to see it in the theater.

I enjoyed it. I was never into Wonder Woman growing up (and I don't really go for the DC stuff as much as the Marvel stuff), so I went in knowing virtually nothing about the character. I really enjoyed it. It's nice that they finally decided to make a movie with a female superhero (Marvel, take notes, it's okay; you can do a Black Widow movie...)

Ha! The undies comment reminds me of a Frank episode on Everyone Loves Raymond sitcom. Didn't think of it 'till now but Frank is the personality that seemed strike a cord with me. Like the episode where Frank goes down the front staircase with just a towel being worn and the towel falls shows too much as he picks up the paper.

This was another good episode.
