Wow! Those are some awesomely large margaritas! Happy to hear the burgers were that good. I had my misgivings about planet Hollywood's revival as I thought it had run its course but your review has me rethinking. Burgers and Margarita reviews intrigue me again.

I just adore this picture! Was it zoomed or did he let you get that close?

Me too. I noticed so many new things in the film this time. The first ride for me is getting used to the movement, then on to the content. I think that it's because of my last stroke. It's harder for me to be anywhere with a lot of noise and people. I'm getting dizzy walking with everyone going everywhere at the same time. I need a new strategy for next year.

Have you been able to adapt any better now that you have been down there a bit longer?

*Special Alert* - will pay someone to get me a job.

My 45 minute commute home turned into an hour and 35 minutes. Including going a little over a mile in an HOUR. They started construction on the bridge to get onto the island. Going to be like this on and off for 10 YEARS. Not like they don't do construction everyday anyway on the bridge.

Our taxes are obviously not going towards anything good.

I'd rather commute to Boston than deal with tourists. Yesterday was the second day and it's supposed to go to the end of June. Nightmare tourist traffic. Newport is not even worth it.
But it's so beautiful there.

For some reason I've befriend a few squirrel babies that are living next door. Mamma was not afraid of me but the 4 babies were. Now they just stop, look at me, pause and say Oh, it is only her and keep going about their business. Could be the pistachio nuts I've left the here and there. A baby needs to eat, right?
There are a few deer in my neighborhood like that and more than a turkey or 2:hilarious:

Although I don't remember any of the civilian passenger prop planes I've ever flown on being overly loud, jets are definitely quieter.
Now, that being said, that vintage C-47 DS and I took a ride on a while back was a totally different story. I purposely left off the provided ear protection when they were runnin' the engines up for takeoff and during takeoff, just to hear how loud it really was...WOOF!!! Insanely loud...!!!!!
But, it was one darn-fun flight...!!! :)

I agree the atmosphere is nice but it is also ruined by how many more tables they have added. Most have to walk sideways to get to their tables and you are always knocking into guests seated. There is no sense of personal space whatsoever left.

It was so many years ago that I had dinner at San Angel (I don't even remember who I was with at the time, it was that long ago). Anyway, it was well before they crammed in too many tables. The atmosphere in there, years ago, was just beautiful. Now, I'm not sure if I'd choose to dine there again--even if someone offered to take me there. It certainly wouldn't be my choice of restaurants at this point.
