I hope a lot of people besides us, take advantage of the pay busses. More room for us more frugal , people...really we don't like to spend extra for "free" transportation. We should get paid to sit and wait for a bus!

That is how I feel sitting at a doctors office, dentist, hair salon etc., sure a few minutes OK.

The only appointments that seem to run the latest are
Disney ADRs. :cautious:

I hope to. It will be breakfast, snack for lunch (too hot, to eat much) and then the evening meal. I hope I don't just see food and start before we get pictures. I do that sometimes!:hungry::hungry::hungry: gobble, gobble, gobble...;)

Me too! Hate when I forget. Speaking of which, my first Mothers Day meal, Wild Fire.

I'm waiting to put out my onion sets, when we get back from Disney. And I'm going to get a grape tomato to put outside too.

I eat sweet 100s tomatoes like candy. Slurp. :hungry:

The best tomato plants I've seen healthy, were from Walmart the past couple years. The ones that are already about 2 months old, in a patio container with its own cage.

I had originally seen it on Twitter. I haven't been on here to know if anyone else had more info but this is what I posted Thursday

I'll go look. The evacuated the castle including the restaurant put the fire pontoon boat in the moat water. Last I heard it was fall out from Wishes but initially thought to be a fire within the restaurant.

OK @MinnieM123 and @MySmallWorldof4 I saw this on my twitter feed early yesterday morning. I saw it from Chip & Co. but they were quoting the that site 'THAT MUST NOT BE NAMED' on this site. If you Google either of those sites you will find the story. I'm not going to try and link it for those reasons. But the short of it is the fire alarms went off in the castle but fire outside the castle, likely drought related, but fire near the wishing well of the castle and smoke bleeding into the castle setting off the alarms that the Reedy Creek Fire Department reacted to. The site that cannot be named seemed to be the source of the report and likely why you will not see it in News area here. Or so I am surmising. A Google will take you there though.
I'm having a case of DejaVu, didnt you said the same exact thing pages ago?

Hi everyone. Enjoy the rest of the weekend, and Happy Mother's Day. I'm going to WDW for a few days--back home on Thursday. My vacation dates kept changing, due to a (non-WDW trip) that hubs also had to take around this time. So, one of us will be home taking care of the dog, while the other one travels!) We'll be like ships that pass in the night next week; I'll come home in the evening and he'll fly out early the next morning! May has turned out to be a crazy busy month for us.

I'm just glad that I'll be there prior to the big Pandora opening. Between the Florida heat and the larger crowds then, no thanks!

Toodles! I'll be back online later next week when I come home.

The new Magic Kingdom fireworks show is definitely geared to the younger generation in the audience, which I guess makes sense. Wishes was around a long time, and surprisingly enough there are people who don't have a fondness for Jiminy Cricket, the way I do. A lot of new movies have come out since Wishes made it's appearance.
I loved Wishes. The music was amazing. I am singing it in my head as I type.:D I also love when you leave MK and they play the song Wishes. Brings tears to my eyes. We watched last night. It was ok. Maybe you have to see it in person, which we will in a week.:p It is hard when things that you love change. I will give it a chance. I will say that my husband did not care for it much. He especially didn't like the voice of the guy who begins the singing. He didn't like the singing at all actually. I do like that they kept Tinker Bell in there and the other small tribute to Wishes. The projections are cool and maybe that is the future? Maybe it is cheaper then just a fireworks show every night? Don't know.

One of the first things hubby and I talked about was how the dessert party location and other places like the California Grill wouldn't be good spots to watch anymore. Which even though I liked the new show, will be a shame. It was nice to watch Wishes from the back of Fantasyland and other locations and not feel like I was missing out on anything by not seeing the front of the castle. Who knows, maybe in a few years they will bring Wishes back as a special return.
You are totally right. We liked to watch from closer to the entrance so that we wouldn't have to walk with all the crowds leaving. Maybe that is why they now have a dessert party in the new garden area? I was considering it but for 6 of us it will be $306. :jawdrop: Way too much money. Also with the projections, there will be a lot more kids on shoulders. I wonder how difficult or how early you would have to be to go on the train station platform? I also just realized that it kind of screws up my plans for wanting to watch it from Poly's beach. :( Maybe the tv view is the best?

There is no problem with that, except when said client starts to blame the producer/creator/worker for making a thing the client demanded and then it fell apart on the client after ignoring the expert recommendations.

I'm not sure that happens a great deal here. Quality comes into play when the firms reputations are on the line along with their licence. I've seen more slipshod builders/contractors that disappear into the night. We have two great builder here any 'out of towners' trying to do business here are held to much high scrutiny for planning and permitting than the builders who have proven themselves.

Soon there will be a pizza pie, obligatory town pancake breakfast-no pictures of that, the townies would never stop talking about me photographing a Styrofoam plate.

Hot food was huge trays of bacon, gross sausage (precooked) patties, ham steak and of course pancakes. The ham and bacon stole that show. Then there was large tins of strawberries, honeydew, watermelon, pineapple and whole bananas. One little preschooler was so freak'n excited about pancakes. She was maybe 2 years old. Her eyes kept lighting up as she was able to pick whatever she wanted. Sweet. :inlove:

My lunch was really good, from my pilgrimage to IKEA. Soup downright awesome. Salad I had them hold the nuts as the salad is not pre-prepared. My lunch $5.48 Pasta Fabiola soup Mediterranean Salad and coffee

Oh goodness, I never thought about the kids on shoulders part of the projections. Ugh! I know it isn't practical but it would be nice if people could sit and enjoy the show. I always get behind the people that pop the kids up, have a balloon or decide to use their iPad for the fireworks.

I worked in the backyard today, and I am really tired. My arms, and legs especially. I still have lots more to do, but at least I made some progress. Not buying many plants this year, but I have planted a lot of my favorite seeds. Nasturtiums, zinnias, marigolds, sunflowers, and morning glories. I won't have an early flowering garden, due to the late Spring, but by the end of Summer, it should be pretty colorful.

Oh, I do not mean just for builders, I mean in general.

Like when you discourage a client from using X type of design on a computer, might affect its reliability (overheating for example).
The person insists on using that X Type. and when the computer gets damaged, they try to blame you for the failure.
