12 hours from getting up here at 6, would be around 6 PM when it's tea time for Figgy -- but maybe it would be 6 AM in Goinsey? Goodness knows what time it is over there?!

The good thing about holiday cooking is I don't have to cook for a couple of days after the holiday

Something like that but it only takes about 2 or 3 hours depending on the amount of sun and temperature. I find doing iced tea this way is less bitterSo if @figmentfan423 puts it out when she gets up in the morning then it should be ready to drink at about 6am

This will be the best Easter weather I can remember in like FOREVER! 81 here tomorrow!My way of knowing Easter weather is good. being able to make sun tea out on the deck. This year tea all around and I even have enough mint to go in one or 2 of the batches
