So over the past week I continue to see Disney Cruise Line commercials over and over again on TV like never before. Now I am having cruise withdrawal! The TV and DCL should know I can't go on one this year!!

It is marketing time, many people will be receiving tax refunds and for those of us dealing with blizzards, the power of sugestion is hard to resist.

@MinnieM123 I have had two of these 12 cup cuisinart 12 cups in a row. Each lasted around 10 years.

Mine both came from Sam's Club but they are in good department stores and Crate & Barrel.

Marshawn Lynch is a really good guy. He has had problems with the media misquoting him in the past. He does a lot for his community and does do interviews with people he trusts.

I know little about him other than his behavior last week during the mandatory press conferences that are part of their job and contracts. The second press conference was pretty hilarious.

It has been snowing for over 24 hours. Blizzard winds. Huge drifts and haven't seen a plow wince around 1pm. Joy Joy

The Keurigs have a cup-insert-thingy (that's the technical term) that allows you to use your own ground coffee.
I have never use ours, as I liked flavoured coffee, but Hubby uses it.

I have one too. It does make excellent coffee and is dramatically cheaper but it defeats the purpose. I love dropping the kcup in and closing done. No measuring, not clean up.

The only way the SEAHAWKS can win is if the Patriots get delayed on the way to the stadium and they have to forfeit.

I went back to Bed Bath & Beyond and returned the Cuisinart this morning. I bought a Krups pot instead (about $20 cheaper, and I also had a 20% coupon). Tried it this afternoon and it's fine. I just hope it holds up!!

Oh wow! You had a Cuisinart. I hope it was just a dud. Mine have been faithful friends.

Just got a call from one of my cohorts at work. Supervisors told our office staff to stay home tomorrow, because we're supposed to get another 12-18 inches of snow starting around 2 AM straight through tomorrow night. (If by any chance, the storm blows by us, I'll go in, but the forecast seems to be definite.) After the last storm, a few people were stranded at work for a few days, because they couldn't get home, so the bosses are being very careful now to watch out for us.

Our storm predictions just kept getting worse. 5-12" then 18" And the length of the storm kept getting extended.
I was hoping for hype but no, it is even worse than predicted and the winds just keep blowing back whatever is shoveled. The snowblower is just making it airborne. Sucidoodles.
