Oh gosh. Hope everything will be fine. Surgery, yikes! Thanks. She is back on the ward and waiting to see the surgeon when he comes round.
I never had Alphie, but remember it. I think I remember rotary pay phones. I know we had a rotary at our house growing up at one point. I actually thought it was fun to use watching it spin back after you dialed a number. It was not fun if you were trying to call ticketmaster. Thank heavens for push buttons that allowed you to get your concert tickets before they sold out because the rotary dial was so slow.Do you remember...

I remember camping out for concert tickets and the only reason I was allowed to do so was because my parents knew one of the police officers assigned to security. Our rotary got switched out in our house when my line was put in because it was considered one house call. I even remember getting a doctor's house call. Chicken Pox was all over the place the year we got it so our doctor shut down his office for the better part of a few days and made house calls for it so his older patients wouldn't be exposed. We had a GP until he retiredI never had Alphie, but remember it. I think I remember rotary pay phones. I know we had a rotary at our house growing up at one point. Hugs, ours is supposedly going to last through tomorrow. Monday should be sunny and the start of a warm up. I'll believe it when it happens.Windy and a high of only 53 today. The sun is supposed to pop out here and there but I won't hold my breath. Upcoming forecast calls for 4 days of rain!!!
Oh to see a 70 degree day again like that day in February. What a tease. I may have to wait until our trip in May.Hugs, ours is supposedly going to last through tomorrow. Monday should be sunny and the start of a warm up. I'll believe it when it happens.
