I actually have one, cause of the SVT heart condition I was diagnosed with back in my early 30's, but, it's been almost a decade since I've had an event (knock on my friggin' wood head ), so I haven't seen him in a while.

He actually became even more well-known locally, several years ago, when he was attending a local HS football game (his son was on the team) and a player went into cardiac arrest.
He was down on the field way quicker than the EMTs, and revived him. The player had to quit playing football because of the condition that caused the arrest. He was a senior and had already committed to play for The University of Texas.
Bittersweet for him.

As far as I know, everything was fine. I find it fascinating that before you leave they give you a selection of HD color photos of ones interior. I'll know for sure after the lab reports are done, but, I was watching the entire procedure on a big screen TV and I didn't spot a single alien up in there so I should be OK.

Guys I remember seeing a video made by Disney sometime in the mid 1990s that went over the life of Walt Disney that was hosted by Mickey Mouse who only showed up in the beginning and end. I remember the ending more since after it concludes Walt's life. Mickey then talks about Walt and fond memories he had with him. He felt a bit sad but mentioned that he was "A big part of me" and says "We miss you man" and as Mickey walks away it reveals a small photo of Walt himself. Does anyone know the specific video or something that comes close to this? I remember it was one of the only times I heard Mickey sound sad but happy at the same time.

I used the mechanical on HS too. They seemed to last forever so I bought my kids mechanical pencils one year. They must make them different now because it seemed they were out of lead in no time. We went back to those Ticonderoga #2.

Did the Disney bean counters corner the mechanical pencil lead market, as well...?!?!?!

Yeah, the roads still get snow covered and iced over. Maybe they should try geothermal heated roads instead.

Nice feeling. My DD received a promotion this afternoon. 3rd she has received in the short time she has been there. She was so happy and so will be her pockets. Proud of her. It has been a real good two years career wise for my kids. Blessed.

We had daffodils several weeks ago. The cold temps have made them dry up. We are more worried about the peach and apple trees around here. They were all busting out buds. Probably be next week before our neighbors know how much damage the cold has cost them.

Wow how rich were you to have these high faluting "mechanical pencils" we had to make do with charcoal from the fire. And when i say fire i mean the fires we had to clean every morning for the above stairs people

And my DH thought our cat only did that. He was surprised other cats get up their owners early. lol Chloe can start as early as 1:30 and we just keep telling her it's too early. So, she continues getting on the bed, walking across our legs, then loudly jumping off. This can go on for 30 mts until someone gets up.

That is why God created Doors.
