Well, today has just been fine and dandy for me. 15 minute extra wait for the bus, slipped and bruised my knee, Phone spent 45 minutes updating, buried in work, got an extra presenation I need to complete by this Friday. My reaction: Die.jpg

Welcome to the real world. ;) (Sorry you had a bad day. Whenever that happens, the day after is always better. You'll see this is true tomorrow.)

Belle woke me up an hour before I had to be up this morning. For no real reason other than that she wanted me to wake up and cuddle with her. She didn't let me go back to sleep.

Now I am going to retrieve said cat so she can do it again tomorrow morning.

Me=excessively crazy cat lady.

I know you only have Belle, but, this just cracked me up...!!! :hilarious: ;)

I love my James but he came home and announced there will be a dance Friday night and would I mind chaperoning, but he's riding with his friends instead of with me:banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead:

My middle schoolers were trying to organize some sort of dance for Friday, they didn't ask for permission from our principal until last week. He said fine, if you can find 3 chaperones and one has to be a staff member. They asked me and I had to tell them no. Hubby is planning a high school lock-in at church that night and that means I get the house to myself all night. I wasn't about to give that up, sorry kids. Now sadly it looks like hubby's youth event might not happen either.

Spit my coffee earlier at the screen when I read this post in regards to resort guests only on boats from the monorail resorts to and from the MK for security checkpoint checks.

I will never understand why anybody has a problem with added security anywhere, be it boat docks, main gates, parking lots, whatever. The fewer chances for someone to get in with drugs or a gun or a ferret or whatever stupid contraband they may have, the better.

Wonder why that entire building wasn't DVC in the first place. I know we were assigned to that building both times we've been there.

It's not so much that my family doesn't care for Poly so much as that I don't care for it. It's basically turned into an Aulani-wannabe. I know some love that pool, but if you don't get in the shade, be prepared to spend the entire day in the pool. I'm probably not going when they go in August, though, so my opinion doesn't count.

Me, I've never spent the entire day at WDW by the pool shade or not.

Here ya go. The Poly solved the shade problem. From the Tikiman's Facebook page.

And if you don't want to go all out cabana....they have new personal SHADE lounge chairs. Sadly they cut down the palm trees on the beach so that is no longer an option.

One of the "special" shaded chairs at the Lava pool.

Guessing I never mentioned it before, but we homeschool. So yeah, I am crazy and a glutton for punishment. :)

Well bless your little heart. Me, I would have been insane by now. I was the Mom that left all the sobbing Mom's at the Kindergarten entrance as their babe's went through the doors on the first day of school and I skipped joyfully back home for 2.5 hours of silent bliss.

She is our high school guidance counselor. :)

 :joyfull:

Yeah they will probably talk about. They probably already talk about how little I do for the church. I don't care. I'm not into doing the women's meetings or church every week. I bake stuff and help with some youth stuff. I work my own full time job, I'm tired at the end of the day. No one says anything to me or hubs, so I will keep doing what I do. So if they have a problem with me using my time off to go to Disneyland, well that's fine. I don't tell them when they vacation. And they are still super happy with the job Brad does I'm not worried about that. :)

Yep, that be me. :D I had a rough time with PTO let alone Women's meeting. I'd be slamm'n my head into a wall.
