Did y'all watch it yet? And, if so, what did you think...?
As I posted earlier, I've yet to see it in it's entirety, but, probably should, at some point...
Yup yesterday in the basement. Although I'm going to watch it again when I'm not a captive audience. I'm sure I would have enjoyed it much more with popcorn and without 2 boys upset they weren't allowed to hook up their video game.

Good morning Mother Nature has some serious issues. Yesterday it got near 70 and this morning I woke up, it was in the 20s with a light fresh coating of carp:eek::cold::cry::bawling::banghead: Tonight's dinner groundhog wellington with asparagus (with hollanaise sp?) and what ever bottle of good red wine I can get while out running errands. I need to go to Florida!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've never seen the movie all the way through, only bits and pieces here and there on cable, over the years. Never held my attention long enough.

That's exactly what I've done with Pandora/Avatar or whatever the heck it is. I think part of the problem is that it's so long. The last thing I want to do is watch a multi-hour movie, that doesn't have anything in it that interests me.

1. List of emergency items to always have on hand in basement, during tornado watch:

Water, food, batteries, flashlights, candles, matches, battery-operated radio, charged up cell phones

2. But here's Figmentfan423's emergency item for tornado or apocalypse:

sewing machine o_O Good lord, couldn't you have at least brought a bag of Cheetos or something with you?! :p
There was already chips and salsa down there along with above mentioned water, flashlights, battery operated radio and extra batteries, not to mention a tv, dvd player and a stack of movies and power back up for those.

Here's how I feel about preparing for Tornado's. One of two things are possibly going to happen in the space of about 30 seconds. First, the whole place collapses on me and I no longer have a need for anything other then medical care (hopefully).:grumpy: Second, I come up out of the basement and grab a bag of Cheetos to celebrate my good fortune.

I feel you pain! There are two things comforting me right now....1. I can see a little bit of the grass peeking through the snow we got and 2. I go to Florida on Friday

When I watch it I will probably just have it on in the background, probably while I'm on here. Although maybe it will surprise me, I didn't think I would like Guardians of the Galaxy but I ended up really liking that movie.

Cheetos, good choice.

I once slept through a tornado, I was about 9 years old. I was already in bed and by the time my mom heard what was going on and got to my room to get me the tornado had already passed. It destroyed my neighbor's house, my dad's work shed and too the roof off of our garage. Our house was untouched. Those things can move fast.
