It's 82 here right now...

Its been strangely hot here too.. its 80F with thermal feeling of 86F
We were at 30C a few hours ago. Very rare for these months.
Yesterday for example, was way colder AND cloudy

Yesterday morning was our warmest Christmas morning on record ever at 68F...!

The girls (DWifey, and both DDs) have been out shoppin' for a few hours now.
All that hard work. I'm takin' up their slack by stayin' home and havin' a lazy day.
We're all goin' to see Moana at the Alamo Drafthouse later tonight. I've heard pretty good reviews...!

There is one fashion trend I hope doesn't go away. Infinity scarves. I love them because you just toss one on and you look like you made an effort even if you didn't

My DD still trains instructors that then in return teach and certify lifeguards, how she spends her holiday break from her job at the University. She and her instructors will have a new lifeguard course coming up (3, 8 hour days) and the new recruits must test out in all sorts of skills, first responder training including CPR and spinals. She was getting a little punchy as she was preparing for the instructor class as I started to hear 'Disney Character' voices and walked back into her living room to find:

My Christmas to be remembered.

My son is being tested for the Gifted program at his elementary school and my other son thinks his toothbrush is haunted.

My 14yo made fun of me this morning because I had to go to work while he had a snow day, so I changed the wifi password.
