A New York woman is suing a manufacturer of a Chestage enhancer claiming to enlarge the area. Product cost
was $60. Lawsuit for unfair trade and false advertising. Damages sought 5 million dollars. :jawdrop::rolleyes:

And now the DisneyMeasles have spread to Mexico.

I thought this disease had gone away before I was born?
Thanks to the likes of Jenny McCarthy, many parents are opting out of immunizing their kids.
"Herd immunity" only works if enough of the herd is immunized.

There are legitimate reasons why some folks cannot be immunized. IMO, it is up to the rest of us to make sure that we get the shots - not only to protect ourselves, but those who are left vulnerable because they can't get the shot.

The theory that immunization shots leads to autism has been debunked on so many levels, that I'm not going to even go there.
Honestly, a peanut butter cookie poses more hazard to way more people than the MMR/PTDP shots.

Birk's are the worst. My best friend wore them everyday when we were in high school. Even in winter.

Did Ugg's and Coach purses really go out of style? I still see a lot of them...

Although I've never been to V&A's, I think children are welcome (or should be), but they would have to dress properly and behave accordingly. As for the California Grill, I didn't know (with the updated design they did over the past 2 years, I believe) that the tables were crammed in. Unfortunately, that definitely cuts into the upscale design factor. I agree then, just Smart Casual should be enough for that location now. A long time ago, I had dinner at the California Grill and sat up at the bar. It was fun, and the chef was so nice to me. I don't know if they still have bar seating for dinner with the new design, but it was a great feature and I also noticed a number of "convention type" single patrons there as well. It was upscale, yet relaxed for people who wanted an outstanding meal, but didn't want to sit alone at a table.

Victoria and Albert's does not allow young children, they are not invited so to say. This place has rules and they must be followed. As much as I'd like to try the food it is too pretentious for me. I ate on my Honeymoon on the Queen Mary at an incredibly pretentious high end restaurant. I was uncomfortable and my husband didn't enjoy his meal at all. There was so much wait staff that it was like every move you made someone was watch. So not me.

They do still have the bar, and it was quite crowded when I was there.

My son and his girlfriend and other friends are known to go to the bar, have a drink, order a nice appetizer and then have access to the balcony to watch Wishes. He eats at Cali a couple times a year, often on Christmas night and times his ADRs around Wishes.

Was at our local Walmart last night, didn't see any on the shelves yet - not that I'd be buying them as I'm not a Red Velvet fan!

I don't generally care for red velvet either. Had a homemade cookie over Christmas that was so bad I spat it into a napkin. I think that is the issue, so many places just have horrid versions of Red Velvet. I am skeptical of how much this cookie will be like genuine Red Velvet. Me, I'd rather go for chocolate or dark chocolate over Red Velvet.

The best Red Velvet cupcake I've ever had and it was good is from Costco. Go Figure.

You know what's funny?
Yeah, I get Victoria and Albert's. That is a 5 Diamond restaurant, the only one in the state of Florida. If you are saying this demographic of children are not welcome I get that guys have to wear shoes.

Cali Grill isn't really a good comparison for a Signature Restaurant, not that it isn't good it is because they don't operate like a real Signature restaurant. It has tables stuffed in there like a diner, barely enough room to slide in sideways to reach your chair or booth. V&A has reservations where Cali and others take ADRs, so often you can wait a very long time past your time. It is difficult to throw Cali off its pace too. Cali was once a fine dining establishment in its early years, but never the signature Top of the World was with its performing dinner shows. Artist Point is closer to Signature as is Yatchmans, they know how to pace and how to hold close to a reservation time.

LeCellier while years ago we ate there once a year is not the same as when my kids were small. Still a fine TS restaurant just not an Artist Point Signature, to crammed like Cali, too off their ressie times and a true victim of the dining plan.

I ate at V&A's once. It was awesome but it broke me so I cannot go again. :D

I love pretentious, high-end dining (shocker!) just as much as I love a KFC Big Crunch chicken sandwich.

Stands to reason - the best shortbread cookies used to come from Costco too!
Sadly, I couldn't find them this holiday season. :(

This actually happened at the restaurant where I was working. An elderly gentlemen had pulled too close to the raised sidewalk and he said he was trying to back up but floored it over the curb into the brick building. Thank goodness no one was sitting at the booths by that wall and no was hurt. There was a perfect hole shaped to the front of the car when it was towed away. Repairs were done over night and we opened the next morning.

Wow! I fear that sitting in some diners around here.

We do not have any form of a grocery store in the town where I live but 2 towns over there is a grocery store that is privately owned and likely about 75 years old, the type with brick about 2 feet down the width of the building and then plate glass on top the length of building. They often have huge printed posters hanging in the windows to advertise this weeks sales. With a limited sized parking lot up front there is parking directly in front of the building with those concrete tire stops several feet in front of the building.

Twice in one year two different elderly people put the car in drive instead of reverse to back out and went through the store brick and plate glass. That is where everyone enters and exits and where the cash registers are. How nobody got hurt either time is amazing. After the second round the owner had 12" diameter pipes then filled with concrete put in the void space between building and concrete tire bumps so that would never happen again. Odd that building stood for all that time without anyone else prior driving through it.
