Oy. Great. :cautious:
The model home, however, is a "dry model", ie. - not connected to gas, sewer or water, so the potty was still 1/2 block away.
At least my trailer potty will be right out the door.

Model home has 2 tv's though. Multiple couches. 4 beds. Full kitchen with Wolf and SubZero appliances.

My new site has 150+ towns and approx. 30 detached to sell. Assuming they don't price them stupid high, it should be a really good site. It's the one everyone wants!
Hubby earned it. The PTB want him to stay in Richmond Hill though, because he did really well handling an especially difficult Purchaser-type.

I say, of course he did well handling all those Princesses- he's had 30 years of dealing with me!

I know, I just don't get that! Speedo's are competition suits and those you mentioned are not in any physical condition to pretend they are competition divers or swimmers.

My DS about 155 pounds and 6 foot wore a speedo jammer instead of a classic speedo as did most of his competitive team and club. Even still they only pulled their warm up bottoms off as they were getting on the block and pulled them right back on again getting out of the water. My DD about 95# and 5'4' same thing in her woman's suit the girls would wrap a beach towel around themselves before getting on a block and immediately getting out of the water.

Woof.
Amarillo, Texas got 11 inches of snow yesterday. Most of the panhandle and many parts of far west Texas also got a bunch.
Although it actually snows up in those areas quite a bit, it broke a record of 4.9 inches for that date set back in 1966.

I wish we got snow. According to the newspaper, it has snowed 9.5 inches, which is a lie. We barely got four inches all season. Maybe they count the snow that doesn't stick to the ground.

I remember flying coach back in the day wearing dress shoes, pants, and shirt with a little sport coat and a clip-on tie.
Times have definitely changed.

The way they cram people into airplane seats these days, the last thing I'd want to do is be all dressed up and even more uncomfortable!! In the case of airline travel, I'm certainly glad that clothing styles have become more relaxed.

Lots of interesting viewpoints today on dress codes at Signature restaurants. I think that @Gabe1 nailed it when she stated that the downfall of more dressy dinner attire happened as a result of the DDP. I think that WDW was more concerned about getting in as many people as they could into those restaurants, and pushing them out fairly quickly; so that they could seat the additional influx of guests on the DDP. Hence, the more relaxed evening dining experience, with people properly dressed, got pushed to the back burner.

My own opinion on all this is that I don't think anyone should have to dress up "more" for dinner, if they are using any of the restaurants inside the parks.

As for Signature restaurants in the hotels (just for evening dinners only, not lunch), I don't have any problem with at least a Smart Casual rule. And, I also like to have the option (for those who really enjoy getting dressed up once in a while) for at least 2 or 3 hotel restaurants to require more dressy apparel (no, not tuxedos--it's still not quite a cruise ship formal atmosphere). I can envision couples who might want a lovely, romantic dinner experience, or others who simply enjoy an elegant evening. I would think that Victoria and Albert's and also the California Grill would fall into that last category.

For the heck of it, I copied (below) directly from the WDW web site, the actual (enforced) dress code for Victoria and Albert's:

Men must wear dinner jackets with dress pants or slacks and shoes. Ties are optional. Women may wear a cocktail dress, nice dress, dressy pant suit or a skirt with a blouse.

Jeans, shorts, capri pants, sandals, flip-flops or tennis shoes are not permitted.

You know what... I'm scheduled to cruise from Rome, Italy to Fort Lauderdale at the end of a three week tour of parts of Europe in Oct. If anyone thinks that I am going to cart any formal wear all over Europe so I can sit at a pretentious table with a group of status seekers, they really need to rethink it.

As much as I love red velvet cake, I'm not so sure I'd like red velvet Oreos. I'd want someone else to try them first and let me know what they thought, before I bought a bag and maybe would not like them. :cautious:
I hope we all learned our lesson with my disastrous Gingerbread Cream Oreos.
So, so nasty!

I hope you enjoy your meals at McDonalds. I hear they're all over Europe! :hilarious:
