psttt....trailer for Beauty and the Beast is out
I know. Believe me I know. We shouldn't even talk about how many times I've watched that trailor...or how many times I've listened to the soundtrack Broadway version of Beauty and the Beast...or how many times I've seen the original...the most recent time being Friday because I was home sick and felt like I deserved it...

It sure is crazy. My father's was the slower onset which was somewhat worse, because he'd drift in and out of the disease. In his more lucid moments, he realized he was spiraling downhill. That was the worst part for him . . .
I'm so sorry, that is the worst kind of disease. Mom would say she wasn't "herself", but she didn't know why. It's so hard for the family. Hubby's dad had it. My family had it. We are both wondering when it will start. He shows signs, and I show signs. Talk about the blind leading the blind! Two blind mice!;);):eek::jawdrop::jawdrop:

Two weeks later (yes, I'm still that far behind on this thread ), and we still haven't had a very noticeable cool front move through. Right now it's 68, and our high today was 81... :cyclops:
We are getting snow, mixed with rain on Thursday, or just snow ....time will tell....we are going to a little winter. Who knows, what comes next. Sure is unpredictable this year.:D

Good morning, everyone. What happened to Halloween. We had such nice weather, we thought we would have a lot of kids. We only had about 35. But two little guys were so cute, when hubby told them to pick out a couple bags of chips, that they would like. They said to hubby, "thank you, Mr. Grandpa". Made me chuckle, I love that they were about 5 years old.

:hilarious: :)

Boy I know what you mean. My Mom isn't close enough for me to keep even one eye on her. She is just being stupid and I'm finding it annoying.

She is 81 years old. The idea of her carrying an extension ladder to clean gutters that she NEVER did nor do I is mind boggling. Leaves fall and she is out there racking, she has a freak'n landscaper that comes once a week!!! And my Sis has hired a company to clean gutters multiple times a year and she has oversized downspouts. She pulled up plants (her idea of fall clean-up) that just totally disappear by the time they come up in Spring, nobody in decades ever pulled these perennials up for fall clean up. She is moving large plant potters to the back of the property for WINTER. They have never been moved in my lifetime. She has sciatica, high blood pressure and is diabetic. It is like a little child getting into mischief.
Perhaps senility, or Alzheimer's. A lot of senior's have this by 80. I took a simple test a couple year's ago. It didn't show......but I had signs.....So I'm monitoring this....

Was working on a take home test for my money and banking class. Knew one of the multiple choice answers off the top of my head. You would think because, ya know, I go to class, pay some attention in spite of the professor being extremely boring, and read the book and do the homework. Nope.

Mary Poppins. Question asks me, "What is a bank run?" and all I can think of is Mary Poppins when the bank where Mr. Banks works has a run. Well, good way to remember it at least.
