I'd just like to clarify the top picture you posted, so that people will not misunderstand what you said. (I got your humor, but for anyone who did not have the facts of what these people did, your comment could be misinterpreted, that's all.) Those two people intentionally chained their arms together inside a 55-gallon barrel, weighing 1,200 pounds filled with cement. (In keeping with the usual, upbeat spirit of this Chit Chat thread, I will comment no further about the situation yesterday.)

You're comments are always appreciated. It was all over the news here but as you said, not everyone might have heard it all.

Wow. Why are prices so reasonable on everything where you live??!! It's kinda like your area is stuck in some sort of time warp, and you must be thrilled!!

But you have to remember wages vary greatly from state to state and region to region.

Texas Average Mean Wage is $15.81 and Annual Mean Wage is $44,400

MA Average Mean Wage is $21.07 and Annual Mean Wage is $56,410

Costs vary and even things like housing costs and property taxes are worlds apart in cost by areas.

Sadly the fiber isn't as easy to find. I have the same problem there too.

The moderate food courts really do have a great variety of items to purchase. People are quick to go with the plate combo offerings but especially for breakfast there are great options from grain breads, cereals and fruits. A great way to get your system going prior to getting to the World with all the yummies around every corner.

Thanks! So we are at the airport and got here too early. We have to hang around for two hours. So I got a Cafe Americana which I'm liking more nowadays than regular coffee. I drink both black but I find the Cafe Americana smoother.

Sorry it took me so long to get back here on this thread. Work has been crazy with the same symptoms @StarWarsGirl95 has.

The flu virus mutating and flu shots not being effective is not helping matters, not to mention all the viruses going around. My bff's sister was in the hospital for five days because she got a bad viral infection. Of course, she poorly manages her asthma, whereas I manage mine quite well.

I'm actually a lot better. I blew 430 on my peak flow meter earlier. Which is really high. Good thing because I'm going to be bad later and get a milkshake (I lay off milk products when my asthma gets bad). So I'll level off the steroids and do morning nebulizer treatments and be done.
