Had my Disney Store interview. Totally different store than I remember the Disney Store being. Still kiddish though. It went well. I showed my knowledge of the company (Disney Consumer Products). Overall, I thought it went well.

I only have her first name not her last name for a thank you note.

how about universal studios?
Maybe its better to stay at Universal's area during the first days then move to WDW?
I cannot speak to Uni crowds. Never been there. Last year, my friend and I thought about doing it, but we would have wanted to stay over there, and you have to be 21 to stay at their hotels. So we did WDW the whole time.

What are your trip dates again? While I cannot speak to Uni crowds, I can say that WDW will be less crowded during the middle of the week, except for AK. You'll want to do AK on the weekend. Epcot and AK are good weekend parks. Save MK for the middle of the week unless you're using EMH. DHS is also best done on a weekday, though it's not aweful on the weekends in January-February, unless it's President's Day weekend.

my trip is already fixed for next month, but the one we're planning is either between september and october (probably during the junction of these two). The other planned date is on December 31 to the 10th (1 week and half, 6 days on WDW and 4 on Uni)

Well, you've got two choices here:

If you go in September or October, you'll probably encounter lighter crowds the entire time. You'll have Halloween decorations and the option to do the events like Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party. You might get a good discount or package for the entire time. Temperatures will be warmer. The parks will close earlier.

If you go in January, you'll get heavier crowds that should level off. Splash Mountain will probably close on January 3 or 4, and Kali may be closed, but other than that, stuff should pretty much be open. Most of the Christmas decorations should be up, and through the weekend, most of the Christmas music will be on, though they'll pretty much turn it off after that weekend. That weekend will probably be super crowded, but you might be better off with Uni if you're staying at one of their hotels that offers the free express pass. Starting on the 4th, Disney will probably start offering discounts and packages. The weather could be warm...or it could be cold. January weather in Florida has a mind of its own. And by cold, I mean it could dip into the 40s (5-10 degree celsius). Or it could be in the 80s (about 27 degrees celsius). Keep this in mind even for your February trip: check the temperatures when you're packing as you may need to dress more warmly. Parks will be open later for the weekend but will close earlier during the week.
