@Cesar R M , it's not just you with the site. I'm having troubles with liking, posting, editing...pretty much everything. It's just wonkey tonight.
so its the site and not me.
It seems to have fixed itself.
weirdly.. had same problems with facebook still.
could be that the akamai network is failing? cloudflare too perhaps? dunno.
Right, but is that under oath?
I Know its different in the USA, where you have to "declare under oath" to a judge.
But in most cases in my country.. you have to claim you are telling the truth to the police making the questioning (which is pretty different process than in the USA).

The under oath thing really only applies if you are in court. In this case they allegedly gave false information to the police, (also known as, falsifying a report of criminal activity as a coverup) causing costs and misdirection to investigations, even perhaps creating a situation where someone else might suffer due to incorrect information. When the tapes showed up they admitted doing what was done thus actually eliminating the need for a trail. They caused a completely erroneous report of problems in Rio that could and would directly affect tourism and the reputation of an entire country. They are extremely lucky that they aren't sitting behind bars even as we speak. I don't know what the civil laws are in Rio, you are citing what it might look like if in the U.S. Rio is not bound by our laws.

As much as I disapprove to the slight hand slap that they have received so far, if I were them I would very quietly slink back home and not mention this to anyone ever again.
Agreed, I don't know what the laws are in Rio, but I was wondering what would happen to Ryan Lochte or whatever his name is because I read an article today that said the judge had told them all they had to stay in Rio, but Ryan flew home on Tuesday. I don't know when she ordered them to stay put, but can she compel him to go back? It's all very embarrassing! The whole world is watching and shaking their heads.

actually, lotche did fly before the judge gave the order to retain their passports.
the others were ABOUT to leave and were told to disembark from their planes as they were ready to fly out.

Does anyone else watch Girl Meets World. be kind, if you don't like the show. I sure hope Lucas finally declares his choice between Maya and Riley. I love Farkle, and Corey and Topanga are as sweet as ever. I heard that the show is being cancelled. I hope not, because I really enjoy it.
My daughter and I watch it together. I might be a bit late, but yes, he finally does make a choice between the girls.

I have a bucket list of a mile long in terms of places I want to see. I love Disney, but there are SO many places I want to go, so I can't justify going to Disney every time we have a big vacation. I want to go to Ireland, Italy, Greece, do London again, Scotland, see more of Germany, there are a few things I missed in Paris that I'd like to see, I want to see the Grand Canyon, and I'd like to go back to New York and see the things I missed there...Vegas would be nice, just for a day...and of course I already mentioned WWoHP at Universal. I've got my work cut out for me!!
My bucket is getting emptier and emptier.;)

You're lucky... I have never had a bucket list per se! Occasionally, something will come up that sounds interesting, but, that is usually when I was looking for something to do right now. The only thing that I can think of was I always wanted to go to the Master's Golf Tournament in Augusta, Ga., but, I never seriously thought it would happen. I accidentally ran into a situation that allowed me to go so I just referred to it as checking off an item on my list even though I never had a list.

I wonder if that is just lack of coming up with something "special" that I want to do or just lacking in any goals at all. I guess that at least I won't die thinking that I didn't get everything done that I wanted. I cleaned my shower today and crossed that off my list, if that counts. :joyfull:

If you want to count it, it's okay to me. ;) Traveling used to be more fun. The planes today, not so sure. I've only had bucket lists , for two trips. We have already done DW, and I want to see DL. Our kids recommend it. I'm thinking we should end our traveling with this park. We started with DW and I want to end with DL. A cruise to Alaska, was on our list. The kids liked it, but said we have better things, except ice burg's in the Rockies. I'm content with that. I love Colorado, I only wish we could go to an higher altitude. I have asthma, but as bad as mine is, hubby's is much worse. We can't do very thin air anymore. We are thinking about driving to Moraine Park, renting a camp sight pitch a day tent. Then go to a hotel for the night. After hubby can drive again, we head back to our camping ground, higher than Denver. As my grandmother always said, do all you can do when you are young. When you get older, those things may not be possible. Just words from her advice. I'm glad we listened to her. We did many things, we never thought possible, due to lack of funds, but we camped and we even camped twice in Disney. Long ago.

I hope you been having a fun summer.
Hi @betty rose! Hope you are having a great day. Thanks! We are having a fun summer. We have been hiking some and gone to Atlanta to see the Braves play one weekend. In between thunderstorms, that is. For some reason, we are in the rain zone this summer. We have had rain every day this week except for one. We are trying to get some house painting done, but that doesn't seem to be working very much. Maybe next week I can get some more done. It is supposed to feel like Fall with dry days! I am so ready for that! Hope you have a great weekend! :)
