I don't doubt that it is unfair, but, I hesitate to call it an advantage.
Yet another example of Canadians using another country's language to make themselves sound smarter. Fortnight, really? What? Two weeks is to complicated for you guys? When you go to Disney for two weeks is it called a Fortnight Holiday? Still shackled to the Crown Jewels, eh!
The only three things that are truly Canadian would be the words, eh, aboat and Molson's. Even Molson's came over to the good side when it merged with Coor's.
