Good luck with the change going to Disney. You may want to try and get up and go to sleep a bit early a few days before heading east.

We do the time change about a month before we get to Disney. But, it's still hard to get up early!

That happened to our very own @betty rose over smoking areas. The anti-smoking section people were trying to say that smoking should be eliminated in the parks altogether whereas those of us who have asthma realize that eliminating smoking areas will just cause people to light up wherever, which is worse for someone with breathing trouble than just avoiding the smoking areas. Then Betty came here to Niceland.

And I have never regretted finding these wonderful people.

Goodness, Betty, if it takes that long to adjust from Colorado to Florida, I would suggest that you not ever travel to Europe or Asia. Heck just sailing back from Europe we had to move our clocks back at least every two days for 10 days.

My dh had a good news/bad news type of day at work yesterday. The bad news is he won't be able to get any time off this fall, the good is it looks like a project he really want to work on starts right after we get back.

Congrats!!!
I had a similar deal a coupla' weeks ago that I've probably already posted about...bloodwork. I was prepared for all kinds of not-so-good news.
Although my blood sugar was up by 2 points, my A1C was down by 2/10ths of a point. Kinda' a wash. And, as per usual, my vitamin D was really low.
Other than that, my cholesterol was down by 50 points from 239 to 179, and kidney, liver, and all other functions were fine.
I'll drink to that, and cheers to you too...!!!!!

When we were driving up from Denver it was really hazy and yellow. We stepped out in Cheyenne and MAN that smoke smell just clobbers you!! Stay safe!

I'm pretty much staying inside with the air on, it's at night when it gets bad, because it's too cool to have the air on. Doing better today. I think they are getting a handle on the fires.
