Yep, I do plan on taking the Sat's for the first time after next years Holiday break. Should be a crazy year.
I'd plan on taking it once in the fall and once in the spring. That way, in case you bomb it the first time, you have time to retake it. Also, you may find you do better on one section the second time than the first time, and most schools take the high score per section, which will increase your overall score.

I wouldn't worry about too much review. At this point, you either know what's on the exam or ya don't. I barely studied for mine but did very well on them. Do some practice questions so you know what to expect, but don't STUDY for it.

Thanks for the information. Yeah I don't plan on studying much for it. I should have learned a lot of it in my classes up to this point anyway. That is a great idea taking it in the Fall and then again in the Spring. I think I will do that.

@StarWarsGirl has a wealth of knowledge about college. She's a credible source for information, as well as being one of our favorite members here. (She's also one of our resident experts on WDW and Disneyland.) :)

Awesome. It is never too early to think about college. I am just about finished up with the 10th Grade and headed down the home stretch with my last 2 years of high school.

It's been almost a decade since my second visit to Walt Disney World in October 2006. But everyone in a while I always remember this one unknown female cast members that me and my parents encountered before Spectromagic started as we waited for the parade near Spalsh Mountain. I vividly remember what she looked like but I remembered she was middle aged (Possibly in her 30's or mid 40's) and she was one of the CM who put a rope behind the guests before the parade started. I remember she said to "Keep my leg and shoe away from the rope." including the very tip. I remember she had a good sense of humor and was one of my highlights to my second trip at Walt Disney World next to meeting Minnie at Camp Minnie Mickey at Animal Kingdom (Who I had a crush at the time).

It is kinda funny isn't it? World class theme park but bring your flashlight.

I do wonder how Disney neglected lighting issues. I've been saying this for awhile how dark it was and poorly lit years and years ago for their first crack at open at night. That is the other thing, I keep reading first time AK being open at night. Granted it wasn't a real long stretch but I did hit AK multiple times after dark in that stretch. Funny how somethings are forgotten.

Yep, there was a MouseFest EE meetup in AK at night back in Dec. of '08.
That was the night DWifey and I met a certain podcaster from the old site.

I have a sick munchkin. I have to take him to the doctor in a bit when his sister gets out of school. Poor baby is miserable with stomach ache, neck pain, a high fever and a bad headache. Woke up at 5 this morning asking to take his temp because he didn't feel good. I gave him a paracetamol to combat the aches, and he promptly fell asleep and started talking in his sleep. Hope it's just the flu and he's better next week when he has his field trip with school to the amusement park in Germany. I'd hate for him to miss that!

Hope he feels better and will be about to go on his field trip.
