This is me as a fairly new Daddy. I was just trying to teach her how much fun it is to chew on your own toes. Note, the 26 year old comb over had already begun, but, made up for by the massive sideburns of the 70s. This would have been in 1974.

Can't wait for farmer's mkt, but I am going to have to. Should be open in June. I am kind of sad though, because the guy that has been sharpening knives for ever at a bunch of different markets around this area, passed away rather recently. It will be really strange not seeing him there.

Oh, I remember 20k. I actually hated that attraction...the only thing I remember is just what you said....standing in line for what seemed like HOURS. I don't really remember any of the actual ride. My mom had really wanted to go on it...I think that was the trip when I was about 9. Back then, our favorite was Epcot...we loved EVERYTHING about Epcot...Imagination was one of our favorites and we went over and over and over....we knew the song by heart by the end of the day. And world of motion was another one...we loved the guy blowing on his foot and the motorcycle cop hidden behind the billboard. It's sad that those things have changed or aren't there anymore, but there are other new things that are awesome. I can't wait for Turtle Talk with Crush!! We did it last time, but the kids didn't really speak much English back then. They understood most of it, but didn't speak it themselves. Now that they do, I hope they will get to participate more. And I'm nervous but excited about Soarin'. The kids were too small last time and I'm afraid of heights....but I'm so doing it this time. So much to look forward to, even with all the things that have changed.

Don't worry hubby can't do height's either, or moving rides, he loves it. Just watch the screen as you move up and forward, or so it seems to me. It's an easy ride up and down. Focus on the screen and you will be all right. This is our favorite in Epcot, glad I get to see it one more time before the new one moves in. I'm looking forward to that also, as it's around the world. At my age it's the only way I'll go around the world. ! LOL

I'm not even going to try and play ketchup when I get home from vacation, I'm going to write a TR and my dh said maybe he'll even let me take a few food pics. He can't sop me from taking a drink pick or 6

I think we need to turn the tables on the non-food pic people (see what I did there...? ) and make them feel weird for not takin' any...!!!

Hubby flew on a helicopter in Hawaii, for work....it didn't have doors or a floor, just a bar for your feet. Scared him to death.
