My dh flunked a test big time this week. He was having some tummy trouble and our doctor had him take a food sensitivity test. A few things came up positive and one was gluten which requires further testing or just giving it up and seeing how that goes. He said no more tests and to just make sure I only make foods without it. On the upside it will make my life easier only having to make one batch of pasta and bread at a time. The down side how do I tell him it's gf beer for him. @donaldtoo how should I break it to him?

It has been strange for sure. I just want it to stay one temperature! Lol This up and down gets to you, doesn't it?
It sure does, but Colorado is like that. We always have three season's of clothes in the closet. A storm can come through and drop the temperatures as much as 40 degrees. One year in the spring it was 93, very hot...three days later, we had 6 inches of snow on the ground.

I'm glad you will have an easier time with cooking, sorry for the hubby. I hope he can find a good beer.;)
