functional is a funny word in the case of House.
He has been a danger to himself and others quite a few times.
I still laughed at his insistence in trying malaria for whatever reason to "cure' patients.

Indeed, but, what I liked about him is he usually seemed to not settle for the usual "solutions" when others seemed totally clueless. He thought "outside the box" ;), and came to the rescue many times.
Silly show, but, fun at the same time...! :)

Thank you... I can honestly say that those two (along with my grandkids... perhaps my son's in law but not as much) are the best things that ever happened to me or ever will.

That would be fun. Listen though, upon looking at the picture I'm afraid that I have to admit to a major change in me. No more comb over. I miss that! :D

As a bit of further information for @Cesar R M, the nosebleed part comes from the fact that the cheap tickets are so far up into the rafters that the elevation causes nosebleeds.:in pain:
@Goofyernmost......
The pictures, I promised...the grandkids say I have changed the most. In an old way. I agree, time takes it's toll. And a picture with the baby daughter. She hasn't changed either!:D:D:DIMG 998877.jpg IMG 56567.jpg

Becoming lactose intolerant was really hard for me as I love dairy. It was a fairly quick progression from stomachache to vomiting and severe distress. I am of the extreme varity. However, they now have lactose free cheese and some hard cheeses I can eat with no problem. I still can't drink lactose free milk. I also can't take Lactaid pills without getting I'll. There's no explanation.
They have found a correlation to chemo--which I had years ago--and a form of lactose intolerance. Getting old is no fun. Yet, as they say, "It's better than the alternative.
As to almond milk, most varieties are only 2% almond. The rest is filler. Because of this, my daughter is now doing coconut milk. She does eat tons of organic almond butter. She is the vegan. I am still just vegetarian. I did finally find a veggie burger with no soy or rice, and it's actually good.
I can't tell you where to eat at City Walk. We've only eaten at Mythos, Finnigan's, Mel's, Hard Rock, Three Broomsticks, and Leaky Cauldron. We're going to try Confisco and a couple of quick service on our upcoming trip. Even though it's not normally necessary, unless it's crowded, we make reservations for Hard Rock. I also made one for Confisco. There's no credit card required for any uni ressies. I found it easier to use the website over the phone. Sometimes they simply don't answer.
The best character meal we've ever done, as far as atmosphere/interaction was the Grinch Breakfast during Christmas. Food was fine, not great.
I had lactose issues from childhood. Unfortunately, my parent's had never heard of that, and Dr. was unaware. I had severe pains, Dr. diagnosed as chronic appendicitis. It wasn't until my late 30's a Dr. had me checked for lactose and whey and casein. I can't have any of that. I have hope that they will find a way for people like us, or make better products. Here's hoping!

Thank you hopefully it worked!:D

Massachusetts...unfortunately I can't wear my Yankees jerseys up here :p
My brother was a Yankees fan from the 50's. He also ate wheaties! That was when they featured baseball players on the box. So long ago. He died at an early age of heart disease. It's okay... We grieve and go on. As those who have passed expect us to.

Oh I'm so sorry to hear that

But you're right - Best to remember the good things :)
Life is fun if you do that. Look for the good, don't dwell on the bad. I can pretty much go anywhere and do that. Do I get angry with Disney from time to time? Yes...but when I go back there I always have a great time. I'm working on looking at the positive, sometimes I read gripes about Disney and agree for the moment. Then I remember how much going to Disney has meant to our daughter from age two. To our grandson's 10 and 13. Our oldest has said he will never get tired of the times we spent at Disney. For that I'm so grateful.:happy:

That's awesome! It's great when everyone enjoys the same things as a family!

I feel the same way. I might not agree with everything they do...but it doesn't take away how much it means to us. We basically have a timeline of pictures going there once a year since I was little :)

Our daughter too. She has a web sight for Disney. And has written a couple books. She absolutely grew up with Disney. We had a very shy grandson, and we let him order at the restaurant, interact with the CM's. He came out of his shell, got to "drive" the boat on Jungle Cruise and call All Aboard on the train. His last year in grade school he was the MC at the school spring fling. Disney does change kids lives.

I so wish you would post those early days. We had a lot of photo's that were lost in a flood. I love seeing the history of Disney, brings back so many memories.
