So sorry about the migraine. Have you checked about getting oxygen? Do you have any oxygen bars in your area? I found that oxygen helped mine a lot, with no drugs. You might ask your Dr. about trying that.

For the most part excedrin migraine, chai tea, and sleep do the trick. I get a bad one every four weeks.

Mother Nature is playing an April Fools joke on me....it is snowing this morning. But is is supposed to get up to 39 degrees today.
