Congratulations on completing the race! I love the tutus, it brought a smile to my face. I especially loved the muscle man pose!

Thanks, it was a lot of fun! :)
Can't wait 'til next year...! :geek:
It was actually quite funny how many compliments I got on the tutu, and how many other participants wanted a pic of me.!!! :hilarious:
And, thanks again, I thought the "muscle man" poses were a nice juxtaposition...although, I really wish I would have thought to pose like DWifey did in her pic I posted, in at least one...!!! :hilarious: :D ;) :)

I got back on to see this. Hubby and I are still sick. We can't figure this one out stay well everyone, maybe we are just showing our age. Stay inside if possible , it's still horrible in the States. I wonder how all the politicans are escaping this bug? Sorry, if this offends anyone, I'm in pain and just rambling now. And having trouble breathing and coughing, along with hubby. @Cesar R M, I hope your evening and night isn't as bad as last night. I'm still wondering when this will be over, so is hubby.

Feel better!!!! Phil caught something over the weekend and still has it. So far, I'm good but he was hacking all over the house so it may be just a matter of time. Plus, a woman sitting next to me on the subway today hacked and blew her nose all the way to Manhattan, so basically, I'm doomed.

Has anyone gone on the Dining and Restaurant forum, I spent yesterday, rating the food we had last trip. It doesn't record names or want explanations, just a vote up or down, gives you a little guidance as to what people thought about their food. A good starting point for making reservations or not, all of the restaurants are on there with menu's too.
I've done a lot of them. Made me realize there aren't many places we haven't eaten. :joyfull:

My mom is 7 years older than you. A majority of the women in our family from her side have all lived into their 90s. A few years ago a grandmother passed at 95.
The women on my mother's side lived a long time too, oldest aunt 100, next aunt 95, the next 93, and mom 89, other aunt 88, great, but most ended up with alzheimer's Mom included. I'm checking out before that happens. At least , I hope I will , or spend my last days in Disney, during the golden years. Over and over and over.;)

So sorry, I said the same thing when I was sneezed on, to hubby " I'm doomed". Funny, but I hope you escape this.

My parents and brother nornally go to our religious meetings Tuesday nights. I have a Tuesday night class, so I go another night of the week. Anyway, I also get home before they do, so my mom tells me, "Text me when you're leaving and when you get home." So I texted her when I got home, and right after I sent the text, I heard her phone go off. Very nice, Mom.

This is so cool, and brought a much needed smile to hubby and myself. I had him come and see your pictures, he wants to be as brave as you. I just love that you had so much fun. I love your sense of humor, so does hubby. Will he wear a tutu, no he is much , much heavier. Me, I'm just too old. But we are living through all the fun experiences on this web sight. If only we were born about 20 years earlier. Thanks for making our days lots of fun.:inlove::inlove::inlove:

I know that is just a funny meme, but, do people really feel that you can control the way they sneeze. I've never been able to control the volume anymore then I could stop it from happening. One of my many pet peeves. The other one is snoring. It always seems to be treated like a person can control it. They don't go to bed at night thinking... now if I just snore really loud I will keep everyone awake and that will make my day tomorrow.

Direction of a sneeze, of course can be controlled, but some people sneeze loudly, some almost as quiet as a whisper. I remember when I was in about 5th grade. A kid was in front of the class, don't remember what he was doing, but he had to sneeze and he tried to suppress it. When he did sneeze the pressure had no place to go and went up the tubes to his ears and blew out one of his ear drums. I never forgot that. That poor kid was in some serious pain... after we all stopped laughing, of course. It made the craziest of noises coming out his ears. Come to think about it, I must have been dead on the inside even as a youngster.

I really hope you two start feeling better soon, it is no fun to be sick or have it hanging on.
