Yes! That was it...it was right near the entrance. My memories of most things in MGM are kind of vague because I think we left pretty early. We just weren't finding a whole lot that we wanted to do. I get motion sickness, so coasters and thrill rides are off-limits for me, and as we were on our honeymoon, we didn't want to be doing a whole lot of separate stuff. We did BTMR in MK the first day and it put me out of commission for the next hour or so, so we decided not to repeat that mistake in the rest of the parks. Epcot is much more my speed...nice, easy rides that don't go up high or fast or twisty, and the world showcase where I can just look around. So we did much more there than we did in MGM, and we had a hard time in MGM with timing. The Indianna Jones thing had already started and we could see when the next show would start, but then we had to come back at that time if we went further into the park, or we had to find something to do in that area of the park so that we could get back for the next show. I really could have benefited from all the research I've done this trip!!
you will be surprised.. the turns and drastic changes in scenery gets me dizzy as well. Barnstormer affected me, while big Thunder did not.
All this because I have vertigo thanks to my cochlear surgery (they pretty much destroy your middle and inner hear to reach the cochlea).
So I know the feeling or not being hable to do many things for motion sickness.
Funnily, I had no problem with big thunder and splash. even theoretically they're stronger than Barnstormer.

Good morning all! The sun is out, and though it is windy, the temps feel like April. supposed to hit close to 60 today! Unfortunately, the ants are loving it, too. I woke up to them in my kitchen and dining room. Anyone have a tried and true way to get rid of them? I can't really put traps around, because my little furry doggy friend may try to eat them. Thanks!
for ants? a full house fumigation and add gel traps on the outside.

Good morning @betty rose how are you and your dh doing today?
Good morning @figmentfan423, I'm much, much better. Hubby decided we are going to DW in October, as he was able to change from the Pop to AoA. He knows I love the colors of the little mermaid rooms. They make me very happy. As hubby says, we probably only have a few more years to go to Disney, so we are going.:D

I just vacuum them up...there are usually BUNCHES of them at one time, all traveling in a line, so I get out the vacuum and hoover them all up and then 15 minutes later, there are more, and I hoover those up, and so on. I've been told they won't cross chalk, so if you find out where they are coming in, you put chalk in front of their entrance. I don't know where they come in in my house, and I don't have a pet, so I do use traps, too. Google it, maybe? There have to be non-toxic traps or ways to get rid of them!
They won't find their way out of the vacuum?
First batch of ants last week were coming in by a vent. Put chalk around the vent, and it actually worked! Of course, I dropped a trap into the vent because my furry friend can't get down there. That spot seems under control.

Good morning! I hope all of you are having a warmer morning than I am with the exception of @MinnieM123. It's 10 degrees outside:mad: and I'd  but my tears would freeze. Tonight's dinner groundhog a l'orange. Tomorrow it's supposed to get up near 60, we'll see and I'll believe it when I feel it
Good luck with the warmer temperatures, we actually hit 73 yesterday. I didn't celebrate as the winds were so strong, it blew over some semi trucks, and they had to close the interstate for several hours. It wasn't safe to drive in such crosswinds.
