I didn't photoshop anything. That's ignorant. It was with the other vintage valentine just the was you see it.

You missed this part:

I'm pretty sure @MOXOMUMD didn't photoshop it, so please don't read that meaning into my reply.

hu.. he pretty much said you didnt.. and you still read it like that... even with the comment quoted above x_x

Personally, I think that 1939 was a much more conservative time when words and phrases meant different things then we interpret them now. Know what it meant to be gay back then? It meant joyous and that was all! The last few generations have twisted the meanings of those words around from an innocent feeling of affection or happiness to something so much more gutterish and sexual.
THANK YOU!!! I never read that valentine as "Hey, I want to have sex with you!" but it seems many did. Taking the time period I'm absolutely sure it's wasn't what generations today think.

@DarthMileZ you might want to check this out if you are planning on going to Busch Gardens. Looks like it is run through Mears (the company WDW uses for Magical Express). https://secure.mearstransportation.com/MearsExpress/BuschGardens.asp

You are going to spend a lot of money on transportation. Seaworld is the closest, Universal second and WDW third. (the parks at least). As stated Busch Gardens is on the west coast of the state and can be more then two hours depending on what time of day you head over there and back. Without taking a tour bus set up just to go to Busch, it will be very, very expensive. I don't know what part of the UK you are from, but, if it's the London area, believe me driving in central Florida will be no worse. Your added burden is that you have to remember that we drive on the other side of the road. (I like to think the right way) If you can screw up the courage you will save a lot of money by just renting a car. You will have more freedom and flexibility and may enjoy your trip a whole lot more just as soon as you get over the driving jitters.

ajrwdwgirl thankyou for the link.. :) will certainly be looking at this

Goofyernmost. we live in a small village called Thatcham, my fiance doesn't like driving big roads / busy roads.. the main thing is alot of lanes (knowing what lane to be in etc) and she can panic easy. we are thinking about a car though.. we just thought that taking public transport would ease stress but im hearing this is not the case haha. our options are open though.. there is also the issue that she would like to let her hair down and have a few drinks...

Good friggin' grief!!!!!!!!
What the hell is goin' on here again...?!?!?!
What's with all the friggin' hypersensitivity around here all the flippin' time....?!?!?!
I didn't feel anybody was accusing anybody of anything. If anything, they made sure to say they weren't. I rarely speak up and make a determined effort to stay out of all the crap, but, at this point, I'm gettin' damn ****in' tired...lighten up and unpucker your ******** already...geeezzz...!!!!!
And, if you think I'm goin' away, think again...I'll be back tomorrow like a rash.
Lighten up, people...again, good grief...!?!?!? :grumpy:  :bored:

Ugh Oh. I missed something. Again. :( Time to go find out what the heck I guess.

Sounds like you have a plan. It would be expensive though to take a taxi to Busch Gardens though as it is 2 hours away in Tampa. You might want to look into a driver service or a tour (Grayline might do one) for that if you really want to go.

my fiance just confirmed that our hotel provides free transport to and from Busch Gardens, Universal and Sea World..

anything else to do in Tampa while we are there? i dont think we are going to spend the whole day at Busch, mainly just there because she loves the rollercoasters.. we'll be seeing animals at Seaworld and AK.

Or should I say CAUGHT-UP? I was about 25 pages behind and missing out on all the conversation! I've been doing a lot of traveling for work which unfortunately involved much windshield time - about 700 miles in these past 3 days. Glad to be home. Now I just have to figure out what is going on with this big storm that is supposed to come in on Tuesday. 13 to 24 inches of snow, Really? Maybe the Amish can loan us their rigs so we can put all the horses to work, cleaning off the driveway? o_O
Sympathy like and good luck. be safe and stay in if you can

Good luck that will be most likely an all day "event".
It was almost painless. Including getting there a bit before they opened it was only about 45. I'm all nice and renewed and my older ds has his picture ID for the trip. My dh did my ds's paperwork while I renewed much easier that way. The person helping my ds realized he was a bit slow and was exceedingly nice even more so after he found out the ID was for a Disney trip. Then it was a quick stop for craft supplies and some food. We were home by 11
