It's ten degrees here. The first time this year I've had to use the fireplace.

Sympathy like. We're having one day of very cold! down near 0 this am and now it's up near freezing. Tomorrow will be much better! 45 woo hoo NOT!

I feel like we are. Our snow pack is at 120% over usual. What do you have on tap for today? I hope you are getting back to your sewing. I can't wait to see the outfit you are making.

2 skirts finished. Still don't have a camera as my dh is using it for work I can't get near it until he'd done

Id love AKL as well, its gorgeous.
While this Hotel I am right now is good ( Old Key West) You cant beat the theming of AKL.

btw, did I mentioned that the Contemporary looks like a carphole?
no seriously, trash everywhere in the first 3 floors (Chef mickeys area up to the monorail area)

And that Sir is why I Love the Contemporary but do not enjoy staying there anymore. Swear there are more visitors going through that resort each day then actual registered guests. The Contemporary is an attraction unto itself and doesn't make for a peaceful place to reside for a week or two. At least at the Poly and a fair chunk of the Floridian there is a separation in most areas. If I was to stay at the Contemporary again it would likely be me renting points and staying in the DVC building where there is boundaries.

no idea, but you know magic kingdom is packed, when stich is a 70 minute wait.

Peter Pan was hovering between 90 and 180, we had our FPs so we enjoyed it allright.

speaking of stuff.. the bathrooms near pinochio village haus, were AWFUL. truly trashed.
Very different from the rest of the park, that had armies of cms cleaning nonstop.

And January is a weird month for CM staffing. The American college program students are starting to depart over the next week. The new group will come in over many many days of orientation and training through I believe the first week of February. It worked better when there wasn't Marathon Week to contend with. Still their isn't much Disney can do, can't move the new CPs in until the old ones vacate and they can't keep the Fall CPs any longer as the Spring Semester of College resumes so they have to get back to school.

I just need to get out of the cold! Mid thirties, and I am supposed to be excited about that?

Yes, I know it's colder up north, but, 25 degrees is beyond unacceptable down here. Did someone leave a door open up there and allowed this cold air to escape from where it rightfully belongs? I happened to see that it was warmer in Reykjavik, Iceland (32 degrees) then here in North Carolina. Tell me that isn't messed up!

What the heck! Easter is at the end of March. I understand the craft and fabric stores bringing in all the spring items because some things take time to make, but candy? I don't know if I'm mad, sad or just confused. Maybe a bit of both

And that was my reaction to Easter Candy, so much so I took the photo. Crazy.

That explains the tons of new young looking fellows being instructed by older cms on how to operate everything.
even bus drivers.

Thank you beautiful as always! I'm glad I have time scheduled in for the parade!

I parked 45 minutes before the parade in the Walts plaza looking towards liberty square.. best view imho.. floats slowdown to turn and the sun doesnt hit square to you (thus no messing your photos)

O carp i just fell and cut my knee, it was bleeding like crazy. It's not bad just OUCH and yucky. Should be fine by tomorrow. Glad I already got my workout in.
