@Goofyernmost we had a tv like that when I was a kid for the car. We had to hang the antenna out a window, I'm sure most would laugh at us now but at the time it was state of the art and then some

Me too. I'd take whatever they dump for my house.

You may have to fight my ds for the lights. He's planning on lighting up the neighborhood just from what he wants to put on our property
He doesn't worry about things like the power bill

The week before Christmas I went to our supermarket to get some Little Debbie Christmas snacks for stocking stuffers and they were gone. In their place was Valentine's stuff.Since When??? I use to remember Valentines Day prior to Easter.

I remember watching the moon landing, it was so exciting!Someday, hopefully...!
Space travel has always fascinated me. I'm old enough to remember the first moon landing.
And, as I've mentioned before, my pop worked at the Redstone Arsenal/Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, Alabama back in the mid '60's. I was very young at the time, but, I still remember visiting the rocket displays and such that were open to the public. As I've mentioned here before, my pop even attended a lecture/speech by Wernher Von Braun while he was working there...!

We drove many times with our DD , from Indiana to Disney. I made bingo cards when she was little and we would play other games on the road. Bingo cards with Gas stations, red car ...easy things for her to spot. That was fun for her and me. I played too!We took plenty of road trips with the kiddos, starting from day one. All over Texas, but, usually not any longer than about 5 hours one way.
To the Texas coast and back was always one of our longer ones.

Snow coming for us. At least they changed the forecast from three days of snow, to two. That's going in the right direction!
