We got our first real snow of the winter last night. On Wednesday it's going to be warm with rain. That's okay with me.

I'm not complaining we only got our second dusting and no real snow in sight. I'm doing my happy, happy dance!

We've always flown Southwest Airlines to WDW. No major problems, no lost luggage. Except for our trip this coming February...we're flying Delta. Even though we have layovers in Atlanta both ways, it was cheaper this time, and we're only takin' carry on luggage.
When we flew to DLR in June of '10, we flew Frontier Airlines. As far as I remember, those were direct flights from Austin. No problems.

I like Frontier, they have always given us good service. They are a little pricey from here though.

indeed, now if you get delayed, they even hardly give you vouchers now. I did not like AA.
Feels worse than United after the merge with Continental. Used to love continental too.

If it's worse than United, it must be really bad.

except I tried these special services, and they failed again and again when on united.
I asked twice to get an attendant as I knew nothing of the airport and needed help getting to the plane.. they never came. was ****ed.
Complained and the airline claimed it was a failure of the airport crew, not the airline.
would have loved to have you as an attendant.
you know what was the worst?
when united oversold a flight. and I got kicked out despite me having done the reservation8 months earlier.
seems they give priority to whoever "checks in" first online...

That's United all right. As Seinfeld said, they can take the reservations, they just can't keep them.

We are home from Disneyland, booo.....since we had a red eye flight I didn't get much quality sleep in so today has been pretty useless. We unpacked a little but taking down any Christmas decorations was not going to happen. We also had our kitchen redone while we were gone so that was fun to see (I'll post pictures later), and I was even too tired to put that back in order. We had a good trip, but I really wish I didn't have to work tomorrow.

Sorry you have to return to work.

Went from $2.20 to $1.97. Finally starting to go in the right direction.

Our news keeps talking about how cheap gas is at 2.30

That is sweet.

I kept the name, fixed the spelling. I have friends who their families have fixed the spelling of their last names. Imagrating and certain languages make for very long last names with bunches letters with no american vowels. Painful.

When my Grandfather immigrated he left with the name Seamus. Here his name became James. My Gran Lizzy, became Elizabeth from Eilis. Both were changed at Ellis.

It went really well. I'll post pics and stuff this week. The only snafu was on the 3rd day, when soon-to-be-ex had the nerve to demand that I respond immediately to his email wanting to know if I planned to settle or litigate. Definitely put a damper on that day.

Happy belated new year to everyone! Sounds like y'all had a great time.

I'm glad you had a good trip. Can't wait to hear all about it, and pictures....when time allows! Sorry about soon to be ex.

Yes, I am. I'm riding 30 minutes every other day. Going to take it slower this time. I'm back on Nutri System, too. I gained too many pounds from Halloween forward.

I guess it is winter, but I'm so done with the snow. The last snow just melted off the driveway. It was just too cold to shovel.

Guess where I'm off to? To go ride my bike. I'm excited to get back to it. I know I feel better when I exercise. I did some furniture moving yesterday, after taking down the Christmas tree. I've put in all white décor for winter. That always brightens my mood!
