Snow flurries for Christmas Day. It's not supposed to be anything heavy. Yea! Christmas Dad is always fun to have a little snow. But, 60's and you can get outside sounds even better. So glad for you and me!How's you weather looking for Christmas? We'll be in the 60s![]()
That sounds like so much fun! Seeing my father inlaw missed Thanksgiving and Christmas last year we're doing a formal dinner at their houseOur tradition is to have no formal sit down meal. I make snacks and sides, and crockpot meatballs, and chili, corn bread, egg salad for one grandson. Ham sandwiches for the other. Chex mix. Cookies, baked beans, and mac and cheese. We do a snack whenever we want , as we play any new games, or put together puzzles. Such a fun day!
I hope you have a very nice day. That sounds like so much fun! Seeing my father inlaw missed Thanksgiving and Christmas last year we're doing a formal dinner at their house
Thank you, you too and give your whole family a hug from me! xoxoI hope you have a very nice day.xoxo
I certainly will, I've spoken about you often to the family. And what a wonderful friend you have been in the Chit Chat room, along with many other's on here.Thank you, you too and give your whole family a hug from me! xoxo
I'm in baking but tomorrow morning I'll try and play ketchup before leaving. Then it's off to get my mani and lunch with the girls, get fish and start cooking.I probably won't be on much after this morning. Got to go to the store to get ingredients. Finishing wrapping a couple presents. Do the Christmas Eve prep work and cooking on Christmas morning. I'm glad hubby helped me with a plan this year. So I don't get rattled!

You have a very busy time coming up too. Have fun at your lunch. Hubby and I go out to dinner on Christmas Eve.I'm in baking but tomorrow morning I'll try and play ketchup before leaving. Then it's off to get my mani and lunch with the girls, get fish and start cooking.
What a wonderful idea. I think that should be a special souvenirThis is how we're telling the kids how long we'll be at Disney. They think we're going for 5 days, staying in All-Star Music resort. We have 14 day tickets, with water parks fun and more and park hopper, and we're staying 10 days in the Caribbean Beach Resort. Hubby made an Advent calendar and behind each day is a picture related to the trip..one from each park, one from both of the water parks, and a couple of the resort. Then on the back of each window are letters that spell out "14 days Disney and 10 days Resort" which they won't be able to piece all together until they've opened all the windows. The last window will be opened on Christmas. View attachment 123911 View attachment 123912
I did this again too. I'm hoping that I get tired enough to stay asleep Christmas Eve. I'm not a fan of disrupted sleep patterns.I woke up at 230 am this morning. Finally turned on Friends and pulled out my laptop, cooked 2 cups of sleepytime tea. 2 hours later I did manage to fall asleep again. Geez.
We can share, I'm a snorer too.OK, then I need my own room cuz I'm a snorer.
Thanks so much. I'm looking forward to trying their food. Good prices for Disney.
That was my daughter's favorite book when she was little. She got a Curious George stuffed monkey from Santa one year.
