This is how we're telling the kids how long we'll be at Disney. They think we're going for 5 days, staying in All-Star Music resort. We have 14 day tickets, with water parks fun and more and park hopper, and we're staying 10 days in the Caribbean Beach Resort. Hubby made an Advent calendar and behind each day is a picture related to the trip..one from each park, one from both of the water parks, and a couple of the resort. Then on the back of each window are letters that spell out "14 days Disney and 10 days Resort" which they won't be able to piece all together until they've opened all the windows. The last window will be opened on Christmas. View attachment 123911 View attachment 123912

We did Mama Melrose before going to fantasmic and thought that it was pretty good....

Isn't Mama's one of the restaurants rumored to get flattened for the Studio expansion/do-over? Or am I thinking of the wrong restaurant?
That's why I'm trying to talk my boys into going there. They really don't want to eat there. I've never had a problem getting into Fantasmic but I like to get the package:hilarious:

That is too bad about Raglan, it is really good. It is on my list of places to eat but we also might bump it for a place we have never been to before.
When the boys were younger we did more character meals and we never did a ts everyday or in DTD. Now that they're a bit older and we have a bit more time we can do some different ts and eat in DTD. It's hard to get a list we'll all be happy with. My dh and I are thinking about eating in Celebration one night at a Cuban place that gets excellent reviews.

I woke up at 230 am this morning. Finally turned on Friends and pulled out my laptop, cooked 2 cups of sleepytime tea. 2 hours later I did manage to fall asleep again. Geez.
What I always found is that watching TV while making sleepy-time tea does nothing to make you fall asleep. That happens after you turn off the TV, finish the tea and lie down with your eyes closed. That seems to work every time for me. So the sooner the better.
