holy crap, I didnt know that.
I suppose I cant do that anymore right? I have my tickets already printed (more like vouchers).
And my hotel is doubletree by hilton.
I'm even debating on researching how to order a Ubber.

Yes, before it was either Mears or a Taxi if you didn't have a car. But now Uni has devised a system to pluck Disney fans right from their Disney Beds into their parks. Yeah, I'd wait until your next trip. Now is not the time during a holiday to upset things but do check into Mears transportation, we've used them frequently. They are also the subcontractor for the Disney Magical Express Buses. We transferred between Uni and Disney this way. We have gotten a Mears towncar, stopped for food and adult beverages between Uni and Disney. We also have taken their shuttle from the airport to Uni area resorts/hotels.

I can't even pretend to understand what it is you have written.
oh sorry
there are different types of "updates".

Sometimes you receive a notification that you need to upgrade your device firmware and the full OS to a newer version.
This is usually refereed as "OTA" upgrade or "over the air programming". This update is usually PUSHED by your Telco company(your cell phone company).
These may also have a RADIO firmware upgrade, which updates the antenna/radio device of the cellphone.
The radio is hardly upgraded... so when theres one update, its something important.

Then theres the normal device upgrades and minor updates.. usually pushed by Apple's store system or Android's store/upgrade system.

Then theres the manual firmware upgrades.. Where you have to actually download the file by going to an specific link or using an external device (like a PC), then move the file to the cell phone and then install it.

the only issue is, last time I tried mears TAXI, it was 50+ USD just to get closer to Orlando..
insane prices for me.
Mexico cab prices are usually less than 20 USD.
hell, in Mexico city you can travel almost all the city for less than 10.

OK, I got some of this....I frequently get the Apple pushes. I've had this phone 2 years and have never received one for a carrier. I am nervous over the coincidence that my 2 year minimum is up in 2 days. The Apple upgrade to 10 blew up my iPhone and I had to get another, the last thing I need is the carrier blowing up my phone over the holiday week.

If you are ever going to use a taxi get one from only a resort at Disney or Uni. They each only allow one specific taxi to go into their queues. And yes all taxi are expensive in Orlando but they also have issues with Gypsy taxi's and tourists. The shuttle for Mears from airport is preset, it is generally a van. You can pull those prices up from their website and reserve in advance. When my son was in the college program that is what I reserved for him to get from Disney College Housing to and from the airport, generally around $30.

Agree with you, also there is hardly any vegetation in fantasy land.
Seems they built it more "utilitarian" than actually "themed".
The roads for example, are just plain simple.. specially between BOG and The SDMT.
no trees, no nothing!

And they from experience knew better. Oy. When I was small there was plenty of big trees in the Old Fantasyland and planter seating around them. Then there was the chain saws. Reminds me of the new hub. Cute little landscaping that is pretty, pretty darn useless and astroturf. With all the concrete and asphalt Disney isn't as Green as it once was. Sad.

Tremendous choice. I love Kennedy Space Center having grown up with the Space Program. It totally fascinates me. If I want to see a bunch of fish, I'll by a goldfish.
We love it and it's one of our Florida vacation traditions. We even made it to Star Trek summer there. I say make the time and go at least once.We may even spend 2 days there one for the center itself and one at the Astronauts Hall of Fame.
