This behavior on his part is not excusable. Doesn't he want DD to have some fun, with the divorce and all?

better keep the pictures as proof. Can you imagine if he demands full custody and uses this excuse? :hilarious:

It wouldn't hold up anyway, you don't catch a cold by being cold. A cold is a virus. You could wear every article of clothing on the planet and if the virus gets through, you will have a cold. The whole thing is based on ignorance and with the right lawyer would be an argument for about 4 seconds or for as long as it took to actually say it.

I'm sure it is all your fault...NOT! What a stupid thing for him to say! There are germs everywhere, and it is cold/flu season.....

I would think the judge would just laugh at him.

I love you guys. :inlove:

Sorry, but I gotta rant again. Now my soon-to-be-ex is blaming me for our DD being sick with a cold. Because I took her to the Queen Mary event "barely dressed", which is a lie because she was wearing 2 jackets, gloves, plus the event provided this huge jacket as well for the 9-degree area, which we were only in for maybe 10-15 minutes max. I even have video and picture to prove all the apparel she wore.

I just need to remember to breathe...
Sympathy like. Have you considered taking up yoga? or going into the cement business

My friend ended up spending the night. It was probably a good thing because she was exhausted. Slept until 11:30. I woke her up by playing the main Star Wars theme through my iHome. Maybe I'm taking all of this a bit too far...
No not at all! Perfectly normal. I'm the one who drove south while a tropical storm was coming north detoured 3 or 4 hours out of my way to avoid the worst of it just to make the last day of SWW. Maybe I'm not the best person to decide if you've gone a bit over the edge

Annnnnnyway, they decided to have my office holiday party today, which I guess is okay, but who the heck wants an all you can drink party on a Monday night? Oh, wait. I forgot who I was dealing with here (meaning - myself).

I was going to say have fun, but i know you did. I hope you remembered to drink some water before going to bed and again upon getting up.

Most definitely.

Avoid the internet! Avoid the internet!

Nevertheless, I will still find some positive reviews reassuring...because if this film is as bad as Phantom Menace, that will be a real letdown.
I liked Phantom Menace for what it's worth. I don't think there's any SW I don't like, even the Christmas special so many people didn't. I can't avoid the internet until I can see it though. Being released at Christmas time is not good for me. Now if it was May, like when it SHOULD have been released, I could get there opening weekend.
