Wonderful as always. How was the food there?
I think I mentioned before that despite of my always being overweight, food is not one of my memory makers. I can tell you this, it was a little street-side cafe just across the road from the Basilica and I had some sort of sandwich and a Coke. I don't remember what type it was, but, I do remember finishing it, so it must have been fairly good. I was on the cruise at the time, and food was in absolute abundance, so I didn't really take note. Sorry!

You can always claim that you're picasso and draw splatters everywhere!
or go the bob ross way .. everything is a "happy accident".
Last week, we were doing crafts at school (for free. This is the awesome part about going to private college). I came home with a picture frame that was completely glittery and my mom said, "Oh, it's all glittery, how pretty!" And I was like, "Yeah. It's only that way because I completely screwed up.":hilarious:

I really dislike jean shopping. Even within the same brand sizes seem to be so arbitrary for women. Woot! for finding some that fit right.

We got your Wind yesterday. Those blow up Christmas decorations some people put on their lawns were really whipping around last night. Not sure why they inflating them last night given the wind gusts. Hope you enjoy your coloring book, my DD really likes hers.

And I feel your pain of winter. Lack of Sun, my gardens are dead and months of icky weather to go. I need to live somewhere warm. When that happens come July or August we'd likely see me complaining of the heat and humidity that I am not accustomed to. :D But I don't have to shovel humidity.
Amen, to that. My SIL would never move to a warm climate, just like @MinnieM123, he loves cold weather.

Have you considered taking up knitting or crochet? They are also supposed to be good for the nerves
My grandma actually taught me how to crochet a while back. I'm not very good at it.

When I need to blow off stress, I either go play one of my instruments or start writing a story. Or read a book. Or play Candy Crush Saga. Which is sometimes more annoying than finals studying.:joyfull:

Am I the only person who had an emotional and personal connection with the Disney characters especially at WDW? I always get butterflies in my stomach when I meet them especially when it's your favorite character. It's like meeting Santa Claus but extra special and is seriously hard to explain to people who hadn't been to any Disney park who are mostly familiar with Six Flags or any generic Amusement park.

I have no emotional connection with the Characters. One of our members here and a CM does and I admire her love characters. Over the years I've enjoyed her posts and her summaries of characters and she has been helpful in the past helping members know if particular characters are still circulating and in what park or if they are on hiatus.

I will take a photo with them just for the heck of it if there isn't a line or it only has a few guests in it. Have not been to a Character meal in a very very long time. Did this all when my kids were young but went to meals over standing in lines. The only exception was when my DS was very young and was in love with the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Sometimes we hit that show and meet and greet multiple times a day for him. I would have never ever stood in a line for the various Princesses that have been popular in recent years. Fortunately my DD was never a Princess type of Gal.

I'm with you on that one! My birthday dinner was at Cinderella's Royal Table and I got nervous when Aurora approached our table...And I get butterflies when I get to hug Pooh! It's hard to explain, especially at 34 years old... I think we are just starstrucked, I actually told DH on our last trip that being at Disney and meeting my favorite characters gave me a similar feeling as when I got to touch Nikki Sixx's arm (ok, I said similar, but definitely not as intense...!!!)
