Well I'm out for the night. Sweet dreams and have a good Monday tomorrow!
Had the following conversation with my dad
Dad: *brings up Downtown Disney*
Me: It's not called Downtown Disney anymore. Disney Springs, remember?
Dad: Next trip, we'll go to MGM and then to Downtown Disney.

Yes...I'm almost certain it is hormonal with me too. I know it has nothing to do with food triggers. Been through all that testing. Stress might play a part but doesn't seem to be a direct trigger. A lot of times, it is my body fighting off an illness. I don't seem to get sick the same way as other people in my family. The viruses seem to manifest as migraines. I don't think that's it this time though.
I still love Hello Kitty.![]()
Me too. I was just thinking about how much aging has affected me. I used to do stuff like this and never give it a thought, now, although I'm not particularly nervous, I am anxious about it. I'm sure once I get places I will be fine, just not as sure of myself as I once was. (so you can imagine how obnoxious I was at a younger age.)
Working on an oral presentation with a PowerPoint on Spain, so looking at a lot of photos.
Disney should add Spain to Epcot, and maybe do a film. Seriously, Spain is gorgeous. I wanna go someday.
It is 44 here and 71 in WDW. I'd rather be in Disney.
why not? we had a great time on a cruise, perhaps you just need to experience it at least onceI've never done a cruise, but think that I would prefer to just take a two week trip and visit various parts of Spain. Probably Andalucía, Madrid, and Barcelona since those are the parts that would speak all or mostly Castellano (although they also speak Catalán in Barcelona).
flrst 2 photos are indeed iguanas, one is just very young. The second shot is fabulous! That's an iguana, right?
It's the thought that countsOn another subject, @figmentfan423 , I thought I'd try to make a small attempt at eating a little healthier. So yesterday, I went to this place that has a farmer's market on the weekend. Figured I'd buy a bell pepper or a tomato or something, from a farm-fresh (perhaps organic?) stand. Well, I got there and it had shut down for the season. So I just wanted you to know that I tried. Drove over to Walgreens and bought a bag of M&M's instead.

What a cute way to tie in Cat Day and Halloween
Sympathy like. Have you tried the Earth Balance olive oil or coconut spread? You might have good luck with those and no dairyI love bread and butter too! Any kind of bread, and real butter. That was one of the things I missed at AoA , they changed from having real butter available to smart blend. Those plant sterols are really bad for your joints. I was feeling the effects by the end of the trip. No more of that for me!
Thank you and post away! xoxoI love that ride I have a few more pictures that I would like to share, I hope no one minds if I repeat some, I just can't remember what I posted.![]()
You can do it, just do a little bit every day, do something different every day and remember to rest one day a week. You might want to look into some exercise DVDs for seniors. Good luck. Thanks for relating this @figmentfan423. Gives me encouragement that I might lose some weight. I found walking at the end of the day, very painful. I didn't have that in June, so I have to do much better for the next June trip. I'm hoping I will be somewhat better before January.
