Cat is unsure about what to do with herself. Between me having surgery yesterday and getting a new refrigerator today (ours went up over the weekend) she alternates between being on top of me and staring at the refrigerator.

As long as she's not IN the refrigerator.

Yep, it went well and he keeps getting better.
And, yes, although not even remotely close to the ride pop took, it was a bit of one for all of us, too.

The other suggestion is to donate a book to the class library.

That's an idea I can get behind. Letting the child pick out the book to donate, could be a fun outing too.

Sore. But I need more pain meds.

My mom is taking good care of me, though. As is my kitty.

Animals, (not meaning your Mom) seem to know when you are under the weather. They stay close and cuddle.

Apparently Maryland hasn't been directly hit by one since 1933. The forecast model changed overnight though and they don't know where Joaquin is going.

Am I the only person upset about the menu changes at Pecos Bill's? I was really looking forward to a veggie burger and fries there! Some of my other dining options look like they might also change Morimoto's looks good, I'm now thinking about going there on a day we're not going to a park. There's too many places we want to eat for the amount of time we have

The second and third day are the worst as far as pain. Hope today Thurs. is better! I'm so glad his recovery is going well. xoxo

I got a text from youngest DD about 15 minutes ago that they were getting ready to move him into a regular room soon...!

That's great! How long does he have to stay now that the surgery is over and went well?

I loved the pulled pork, but when I saw the veggie burger I wanted to try that this time. No, I'm not happy, but I could maybe get a rice bowl with just veggies. That would make me happy!

Last trip my older ds and I both got the taco salads and a very nice cm put my meat on the side. I filled the shell with double veggies and my ds got double meat! We were both very happy that meal.

Hopefully tomorrow, 'cause he's the kinda' guy that really dislikes being cooped up and inactive.

Joaquin is now a cat 4 but looks like the worst is going to miss @StarWarsGirl95 and @Dead. It's still not going to be good but it looks like they'll be on the west side of the storm. I'm also far enough inland that with the latest eastward shift I'll just get lots of rain and wind. Go eat Joaquin go EAST! My friend is now getting updates every 3 hours at least the latest update had a bit of good news.

So glad to hear this. It's amazing how fast they send people out of the hospital.
