Shopping alert to those with a local Target: Mine had 4 different Star Wars style reusable shopping bags. I bought a bunch and will use them for putting holiday gifts in. No wasted wrapping paper or time to wrap, Win, Win:D I must be getting lazy as I have no desire to spend hours wrapping Christmas gifts. I'm also thinking they can be used again next year or just as shopping bags. Please tell me I'm not too crazy. Yes I realize I just gave @MR FERRET way too much ammo. :hilarious:
I have done gift bags for years, except for GK's they like the unwrapping. Mine has always been paper. DD and I keep the bags, and reuse next year, and on and on.

I can't believe how much I already got done today! Mount laundry is conquered, I watched last night's OUAT, Monday weights done, 4 miles already walked, breakfast cooked (sausage and peppers salad, sans sausage LOL) and eaten and best of all the first 5 days of our trip planned. I love my dh but he had to go back to work
I've just fixed and ate breakfast!;)

My boys already have Thanksgiving planned! I'm doing most of the cooking and we're having an early dinner as they like to go out Black Friday shopping. None of us really has much more to buy this year, but I usually get a good deal on sweaters at Penny and my youngest has to get something nice for his bestest buddy. I have no idea how going out that night ever turned into a tradition for them:hilarious:
I stay as far away from stores on that day. The crowds remind me of being in Disney on Martin Luther King day. ;)

A final word on my comments yesterday concerning this subject. What I was not able to convey, was the condescending tone of voice about her age, from the man in the office. It was more the way he said it, that hurt my mother's feelings.
IMO, the respect that should be given to the aging and elderly has become non-existant with many people. Sad because people need to remember we were born into this world because those older generations brought us (or our parents) into it.
