Way to go!! My son had his first soccer tournament for the season today and they took 2nd. It was a good day for sports, apparently!!
Yea for the sports kids, @Songbird76. We have a lot to be excited about. My little guy work his backside off, he does love Tae Kwon Do, and wants to eventually teach it. I think that could change as he is so young, but it's good for him for now! Kudo's to all the kids that try their best!

Awww, so cute! You'd never guess he could seriously hurt you. ;)
I watch him with his weapons, real sharp swords, nun chucks, and the like and I'm scared just watching. I love Tea Kwon Do, they are teaching him the respect for his power, and how to choose another path. Last year (because he is so short), he was being bullied....he got in the kids face, who was a couple years older than him, (on the play ground) and told him to never do that again. The bullying stopped, I'm so glad that he has learned confidence and respect.

Aw, thank you...that's very sweet of you to say. Sometimes it's very hard being so far away and wishing I could look in on him myself. My brother lives MUCH closer, but they don't have much of a relationship and there is too much hurt and mistrust on both sides, so I can't ask my brother to do it. I'm so glad he has good friends and neighbors who will check on him and help him out!! I'd really feel better if he would at least move off the ranch and into town, but for now, as long as he's being looked after, I'm not TOO stressed.
Glad to hear that, having a homestead is so important for older people, we tend to cling to our roots.

I don't blame you at all. There was another "incident" recently regarding "liking everything" that surprised me as well. I guess they just prefer things a certain way over there. :cyclops:
I was just on there today. Please fill me in. If not on line, as it might not be appropriate on line, but in a private post. I was enjoying Jennifer S trip report. I don't want to make a huge faux pas.

What an accomplished young man! Congratulations to him!
Thank you so much @MinnieM123. He is a dedicated hard working little boy, at school and his extra activity. It took him a couple years to find what he was good at, and excited about. He tried basketball (too short), football (too lightweight). Music, he likes, but he is very active this was right up his alley. I'm glad he found his place, for now.

Here's just a few pictures and they're not the best. --just a couple that hubby took from his camera of the fancy dancer, but it does somewhat show his splendid regalia. What it doesn't show is how impressive the regalia looked when he was spinning, etc., because of all the fringe attachments he has on. He also had bells on his ankles.

If you click on the little pictures, they'll get larger for easier viewing.

Seriously!?! I'm not sure what the point was to remove it, if it is still blocked.
Well, for starters, the stage was there along with the BAH and there was little room between them and GMR. Now, although not how I hope it will eventually end up, there is at least room to move. Also that particular blockage is only from a certain distance and angle. I've seen a number of pictures with the stage there where the vast majority of the theater was visible.

In other news.. I'm pretty ****ed that.. even after 4 years of seeing the errors reported in many areas of Skype.
The same bugs are still plaguing this POS of software.
Microsoft's plea to shove Skype (very useless software for those who have tons of contacts in arrangements and order) into everyones throats wasn't fun, specially after they shutdown the " public" Messenger servers(clearly to kill any third party software and force the proprietary skype code).

Right now, my skype refuses to knowledge ANY of the changes I do in the settings. They just simple vanish every restart.
From window size, to position. Always resets to default.

Skype supports's old " we're working on it" has been going ( as I said before) for 4 years..
Sorry about your frustration.
