Yes
I wish I could visit DHS sometime other than the summer so I wouldn't have to see that darn stage now that the BAH is gone. I've never seen the park with my own eyes without the stage or hat blocking the view of the theater...

I'd visit in Spring Break, but I really want to visit Disneyland then instead.

Ah yes, that's definitely nerve-wracking! Mainly because I was a terrible driver at first and if my daughter's anything like me, I'll be so freaked out every time she's behind the wheel.

Those first few trips out with my kids required me to have an adult beverage when I got home. I took them out for practice mainly after 9pm, less traffic on the roads but boy them learning to turn a corner was the worst, one of those things once you get it it sticks but till then....

My DS was a dang good driver skill wise. DD I let her get her license on NYE cause the laws were changing dramatically on NYD with the agreement she wasn't going anywhere 'cause I knew she didn't have the skills yet, thankfully she knew that too.

Yep, I remember all that fun...! ;)
We have 3 kiddos (DD 20, DS 22, DD 24). DS was born very premature and has special needs, so does not (and may never) have a license.
I must say though, both DDs are very good drivers, and pretty much were from the beginning. :)
Take deep breaths...! ;)

Also, WELCOME...! :)

Oh my! I can't believe he is 22. Seems like yesterday he was just became a teenager. *feeling old now*

I thank you for the information, I'm glad to hear that Disney takes their responsibilities seriously.

Yes Disney does. They have a private pool for staff that they use to certify their staff at before they go anywhere near guests. It is a nice little resort park with a beach for CMs and their families to use. I was happy this past year that Disney finally put lifeguards on their ships.

Today, hubby and I drove up to Maine to go see an intertribal pow wow of some Maine tribes and some Canadian tribes. We had a great time watching the dancers, drummers and singers. I loved watching a "fancy dancer" Native American; his regalia was spectacular. Hubby got a few pix of him with his phone camera. The vendors were also very nice and I bought a pretty red leather necklace with a silver attachment. All the jewelry was handmade and was reasonably priced as well. It was a really nice atmosphere of people.

After the pow wow, we went to a country farm stand nearby, and I bought a bunch of fresh veggies and some blueberry flavored milk! YUM!! :hungry:
Blueberry milk yum!

Home, unfortunately. Cat has no idea what to do with herself. Wondering how much sleep she will actually allow me to get over the next few nights, especially since I'm planning on being gone for most of the day until about Friday.

At least I don't have school until Tuesday. That is always good.

Hope @JenniferS is enjoying her trip.

Based on her posts in the Saget thread, it sounds like she is. :)
