I tried one of those cauliflower crusts it wasn't bad maybe because I like veggies. What can't you get over there?
I LOVE veggies (eating cauliflower and carrots for lunch) but it wasn't my favorite. I have a friend who doesn't eat carbs and she uses chicken sliced into thirds as pizza crusts. Meatza, she calls it and it was delicious.
There are a lot of things I can't get over here...chocolate chips, Baking Soda I can only get in specialty shops, I can buy regular flour at the grocery store, but cornmeal, rice flour, anything like that has to come from a specialty shop as well. Some of the specialty shops, like for baking soda or crisco, are in a town 45 minutes from here. Butter extract, peppermint extract...well, any extract but vanilla and almond really...can't get most of them. And I can't get clear vanilla extract that I use to make icing. I have to buy it in the states. Coolwhip is a big one...there are so many recipes that call for it and we can't get it over here.

As for Splash, I read that they really turn down the water jets at the bottom in the cooler months. Many people think that the soaking comes from the big splash at the bottom, when in reality, there are hidden water jets on both sides that soak the log vehicle at the bottom.
Question about splash: Over in Germany there's an amusement park that has a ride like Splash Mountain...you sit in a log and go down 2 "hills", one big and one small. My daughter went on it last year with daddy and she sat in the back and ended up hitting her head on the back of the seat pretty hard already on the smaller dip, so she was already in tears for the bigger one and hated it and is scared to go again. My son, who is even younger did NOT sit in the back and he LOVED the ride. Would my daughter be ok on Splash? how high do the seatbacks go? If she was sitting not against the back, would it be ok for her?
